It had a stain and was poor quality. However overstock was very helpful and immediately refunded my purchase. The color also wasn't what was in the website.

Beautiful but falling apart within 2 months

This is a beautiful, plush rug. However, I've only had it 2 months and already there are bare areas/ holes where the lighter colored fibers have completely come out. I don't think they were actually knotted at all -- the whole fiber literally comes right out with standard vacuuming. (There's nothing wrong with my vacuum cleaner -- I use it on all my other wool rugs with no problems at all.) I'm very disappointed and wondering whether to buy another rug, in the hope that mine was a fluke, because this pattern looks perfect in my study... or whether it will just be more money wasted. (FYI, the "cream" lines, which look gray in the picture, are actually light blue in person.)
