Nice Coverlet...

This is a lovely Coverlet, not a full bedspread which it was originally advertised as. I see the description has changed. The King size bedspread is barely enough to cover the bed, however, the pictures show that it completely covers the bed. There was no indication, as the picture showed, they had placed a larger bedspread on a smaller bed. Nonetheless, I kept it as it was very pretty and it looked okay on my bed. It is silky soft and not heavy.

Pretty but size is deceptive.

This coverlet is very nice material and the weight is perfect for this GA climate. However be aware that it is very small in size. I ordered a queen but should have ordered a king to fit my queen size bed. It looks and feels very cozy and true to picture but size is deceptive.

I think I'm in love

This cover is soft and cozy and everything I hoped for. But I wish I had ordered the King size for my Queen bed so it would look like the photo shown. Needs a bedskirt to look proper. So off I go to find one! Can't wait to see the finished look!

I purchased the queen size to use as a bedspread. It does not come to the floor as advertised and shown . I like the weight and look of it so am keeping it as a topper on the current bedspread. This size may work on a full size bed as a full bedspread. I would not recommend if looking for a bedspread that fully covers to the floor.

Not King size/ aesthetically pleasing

Nice looking, very soft, not heavy but not a true king size spread. The sides and bottom length only drape over approx 5". Nothing like the length shown in the photo. Will follow up with a further review after we have used for 6 months and cleaned. I'm rating this spread 3 stars solely based on aesthetics.

Absolutely beautiful

I wanted the Nicole Miller faux fur bedding but it has been sold out everywhere I looked. However, this is an excellent replacement. It is Gorgeous! The detailing is absolutely beautiful and can be seen on both sides. It is so soft to the touch and did not change after washing. It has some weight to it but does not feel extremely heavy. I am always cold and it keeps me warm. I believe I will keep this on my bed year round, both summer and winter. I am quite pleased with this selection.

Pretty good coverlet

Thanks to other reviewers, I was aware that this coverlet is tiny, so I ordered a king size for my queen bed. It fits well enough to cover the sheet hanging off the sides of the bed, and has enough extra length to fold over the pillows like a bedspread. I got the ivory color and was a little disappointed to notice that the trim and back of the coverlet has a slight pink tinge to it. But it works for a guest room. And my granddaughter (age 4) loves the furry side.

Beautiful coverlet but pics on line are deceiving.

I loved the look of this coverlet from the picture on line. I needed something new for our master bedroom king bed and this looked perfect. I was also wanting something a little heavier than the current coverlet I have. When it arrived I loved the color and material, although it wasn't as heavy as I'd hoped. The pictures are very deceiving as this barely covers our king size bed. It doesn't come close to touching the floor at all. In that respect I was very disappointed

I searched online for a few months to find a good comforter or bedspread for the summer months. It is replacing our "Coma Inducer" that we use during the cold months that is incredibly soft and thick but too warm for South Louisiana summers. I wanted something equally soft but much much thinner. The Charlotte Coverlet is perfection! It is incredibly soft...maybe even softer than the Coma Inducer but it is just the righ thickness for summer. I'm glad that I read the other reviews about the size because I ordered the King size for my Queen sized bed and it's just right. I prefer that the coverlet fall just about an inch above the floor and the King size does that. As you can see, our cat, Churchill also approves!

Great and comfy

The material is really comfy, the top is faux fur , which was a pleasant surprise as it is difficult to tell from the stock images. The inside material is also very soft (second image) - I imagine you could use either side. Husband, who gets really hot under the comforter, sleeps just underneath this coverlet and is happy with it. Sleeping on the pillow is nice, but can get warm. I bought the king size for our queen bed, because I wanted it to hang over the size of the bed and it does a really nice job of that. Washes well too.

Short, but STUNNING!

Truly beautiful :) ...as others wrote, too short for king sized bedding. Not misleading. Measurements are accurate. Picture, if you look closely, shows a low to floor bed, no box springs, and average mattress. If you have box springs, 14 inch mattress, and tall furnishings...you will not achieve the look that is posted. I don't mind the shorter look, and I definitely would keep the set no matter what. I have our king sized box springs covered in an ivory fitted sheet, I prefer the simple look compared to dust ruffles. This bedding is beautiful and a king size would even be stunning on a twin size bed. All in all, very pleased. I probably would buy again in the future if they made it larger for taller bedding. :) The only real problem I have is keeping my 2 kitties off of it! They adore the softness and truly believe I purchased it for them! ;)

Beautiful, But Small!!!

Beautiful, but Small!!! This bedspread is beautiful and oh so soft!! My disappointment came when I placed it on the queen size bed. It did not come anywhere close to half way down the side of the bed and this bed is very normal in size for a queen. I did contact Overstock and they have cheerfully agreed to the return for store credit. Otherwise, I would be charged $17.04 for shipping. This was a bit concerning. I opted for the return with credit. The bedspread is lovely, but beware on the exact size you need!

Incredibly Soft and Pretty

I love how soft and pretty this bedspread is. I’ve never seen anything like it. However, as you can see in the picture, it is only suitable for a full size bed like mine, and a bed skirt is needed. That’s fine for me, but if you are expecting to the floor like their picture shows, ...well, that’s not happening. With that said, this spread is exactly what I hoped for, and so much better than expected. I love the feel and texture, and the color is a perfect soft cream color. Love it!

Very nice quality and feels great to touch

I got it in King size. It fits the bed perfectly. Nice quality and feels good to the touch. Light beige color makes the entire room look bigger. Decorative pillow cases fit greatly to the king size pillows - nothing hangs, not too small. I especially like how light the entire set is. It's really a coverlet, and not one of those "comforter sets" you can use as coverlets. It's easy to take of and fold when you are ready to go to bed. And equally easy to make your bed in the morning since it's so light. Would definitely recommend.

A warm fuzzy comfortable bedspread.

I bought this spread expecting very nice. But it did not come in that way....!!! IT IS SUPERBURB !!! My guest room looks so beautiful, cozy and warm. Making cold nights easy to sleep and wake up refreshed. I mean it..This bedspread is Georgios, It is soft and has a beautiful design and 2 large shams. I am a happy camper. I have been an Overstock shopper for many years, and they always make me happy. Even with returns that are easy and fast. I highly recommend Overstock for sure, and you will not go wrong with this lovely bedspread.

This is the second one of this exact set that I have ordered. The first was great--although I feel they are both undersized. This second one is a big disappointment. It has dirt and black marks on it!! The problem is that I have a time-crunch problem and I can't take the time to exchange it--so I am stuck with it. I will try to clean it myself. Very unfortunate, I really believe that it was previously 'handled', or just really BAD quality control. I won't buy a bed set from here ever again. And believe me, I have been a frequent customer over the past 9 years...........

I ordered the king size because I wanted to use it more like a comforter than a coverlet as other reviews have stated. Definitely recommend doing that if you have the same thought. It drapes over a queen size bed nicely. It is a fuzzy material, very soft and comfortable. This blanket isnt particularly warm, so an extra sheet or blanket may be needed for winter. However, its heavy enough that we dont use it during the summer. As long as you purchase an appropriate size for your usage, it is a 5 star coverletcomforter. Would purchase again.

This coverlett is absolutely beautiful. It is so soft and warm. The coverlett is reversible and I love both sides. This coverlett does run small. I have a sleigh bed with drawers on the bottom so the queen size fits my queen bed perfectly and does not cover up the drawers. The scalloped edge makes the look very chic and expensive. You may want to purchase a larger size if you want it to hang longer. This is my first purchase from Overstock. I received great service and quick delivery. I have not yet washed the coverlett yet so I'm hoping it will look the same after laundering.

Just received this spread and very disappointed. Does not cover entire king bed. Comes within approx 5 inches from covering mattress to meet the headboard. The foot does not come down far enough to cover mattress at footboard. Sides barely cover mattresses much less coming down to cover as shown in picture. Misleading! That said, color is spot on, no odd smell and soft to the touch. If you return item, head to Touch of Class. They have one similar and I believe it is "oversized" More expensive but may be worth it. Will decide if I keep this or return it and take my own advise.

Good and bad

Good: It's soft and it's thick... it will be a good substantial coverlette for winter.
