These haven’t worked since I purchased them. I purchased the same type through Amazon and all 6 candles won’t stay on. The light if you manually turn to the on switch, but then shut off within seconds. They do not turn on at all via the timer or Luminara remotes.

Nice candle, but customer service could use upgrade
I like the candle, it looks real from a distance. Quite expensive as they can stop working without explanation. My purchase was a replacement for a non-working candle. Customer policies are in the dark ages. Can't make an exchange. Have to pay to send item back and then pay to get new item delivered??

I have purchased Luminaria candles before and always liked them. But this latest pair seemed weak and cheap looking, not sturdy like the others. I returned them.
