purchased 8 x 10 rug-border is not as pictured and a bit awkward, leaving a very small part of triangle detail around edge. My disappointment in this rug is the quality...many snags and several spots where tufts are missing creating a small dimple in surface. Would not purchase again.

Disgusted by the quality!

I purchased this rug and when it arrived I was speechless!! It is FILTHY and the quality is TRASH!!! I am beyond disgusted... I have never ordered anything from this company and I will be returning it and never, ever will I do business with this rug company again!! Just WOW. BE AWARE!!! This looks nothing like the photos! NOTHING!!! There are spots all over it and bits of fabric woven in that do not belong there. The color was called khaki and looked like a creamy neutral. It has dots of black all through it!

Somewhat dissatisfied with the quality of this rug . This product has frayed and shows the underlying thread. (The rug is charcoal in color yet the thread is white and it shows up.)

We really like our new "Central Park Abbey" runners. They are soft and sturdy. We like the shade of brown. However, one is wider than the other, by 1-2 inches. I am not sure why this is, but it is visually noticeable. We will probably try to replace one so they match.

Pretty Good / Worth the Price

Ordered 5 rugs. Wish Rugs Direct would have told me that 2 were on back order for 4 months. Overall nice rugs, thick, good - not great quality. Worth the price. Rugs do shed quite a bit which is annoying. Color and thickness are good.
