Outdoor Lanterns
I purchased three Luminara coach lanterns for my yard some years ago. The timer in one of the candles gave up. I was unable to find the exact (actually screwed into the base) candle but I found a similar size and it’s working. Yay!

I researched and read a lot of reviews before deciding on these candles. I am so glad I bought these! They are so realistic with the moving and flickering flame and are bright enough to be useful. The remote works well, and I’m very happy that I decided to go with these more expensive candles - well worth it!

Bought one three or four years ago and have loved it ever since. Just splurged and bought 10 to have spread out in my living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Every evening now feels very special. And I love how real they seem. Great product!!

Questions
I’m not sure why, but I put batteries in, close it up, and the 10-30 minutes later it’s off even though I put it on timer. It’s like the batteries are affected by gravity.

Unhappy with Customer Service
I should clarify that my rating is actually based on your slow customer service. I ordered 2 flickering pillar candles and one does not flicker. I advised your customer service dept via email on the 31st of Dec and I'm still waiting to hear from someone on whether or not I can exchange it for one that works. Very poor
Nice candles. Improvements needed with customer service.
One of the two candles I ordered came to me in a box marked with a post-it note that it was cracked. I sent a note to customer service that the candle was received and damaged and I wanted a replacement. Instead, customer service simply refunded my money. So I had to re-order, pay to have it shipped again, and then had a lengthy wait for the new candle. I would have preferred Luminara to simply expedite shipment of a replacement candle.
