I love my Safavieh hand-hooked wool rug. I bought the 8 foot runner for the kitchen and love it! It was packaged well and delivered promptly. It is thick and made well! I am adding rug tape to the bottom edges to reduce slipping. I highly recommend this rug. I couldn't be more pleased! Order this rug! You will love it!

I was very happy with this rug! It shipped to me in a timely manor and the color was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend to anyone also loved the quality of the rug.

Perfect for the bedroom on either side of the bed. Well made and soft to walk on too

Two weird things

Two weird things about this rug. 1. The weaving does not curve around to the floor making a strange black line between the tan polyester and my floor. 2. When I used the vacuum beater, thread from the rug started to pull away from the backing.

Color issue

The quality of the rug is nice, but it is NOT taupe. It is straight-up gray and the pic doesn't not reflect the color well.

Great rug but inaccurate color

Very nice quality. Looped thread, which is great but not mentioned in description. Most strikingly, the color is not as refined as in the photo. It's a brighter baby blue. Just irritating enough to keep but demote to a guest room instead of the living room.

Not exactly "Tan"

I would describe this rug as mushroom colored, not really tan, not really gray- something in between. Nice rug though!

More gray than tan/beige

This rug is exactly as described and pictured, except the color is more gray than tan . . . which I had read from another review on another size of this rug, so I was expecting it. And frankly I prefer it. But they should clearly label this. The wool is soft, though not super thick, and feels good under your feet. Only giving it 4 stars because I would have loved this to be a true 6x9 rather than slightly smaller.

Great rug, but color is not as shown

Beautiful rug, but the color is more gray than tan. Luckily, it still works with the colors in the room.

So pretty-aquamarine rather than "true" light blue

Great rug in a very pretty, aquamarine or robin's egg blue. I was hoping that it wouldn't have too much green in it, but sad for me, my existing items are a "truer" light blue, minus the hint of aquamarine in this rug. If I were completely redecorating, I'd have loved to start with this pretty color and design, and you may, too! Lucky for me, Overstock handled the return easily and efficiently.
