I received my hamper today and there’s a hole in it and it is squashed in on one side so it’s a big disappointment.

Ordered these twice, each and every one had some kind of damage, those that were useable we kept the others we returned, things like this should not get shipped in plastic bags.

great quality, easy to pop on the lid, super cute. very glad to have found these on my search for a good laundry basket, a little pricey but worth it!

Good Hamper for small bathroom

Overall this is a great hamper for a smaller bathroom. It holds about a weeks worth of dirty cloths for my grandaughter.

Came Damaged & Return Process is Inconvenient

This product arrived damaged. The bottom of both laundry bins had cracks in them. The customer service protocol is poor in my opinion. I ordered laundry bins because I needed laundry bins. I’d like to be able to use the damaged laundry bins until a replacement arrived, and then dispose of the damaged product. To me, that seems logical. That was also my experience with another company when I received a damaged coffee table. However, QVC requires you send back the damaged product and wait for a replacement. Didn’t even have the option to send the pictures of the damaged bins in the chat. With my busy schedule, that was too much of inconvenience, so I decided to keep the damaged items. The customer support agent was able to send me a $10 credit, but I’m still disappointed. I expected to have long-lasting damage-free laundry bins that fit my space. I will not be purchasing anything else from QVC.

I love the way it looks woven! it has a unique way to open the lid which makes it so easy to open and close. There are small openings, so it gets air to the dirty laundry. LOVE IT

I ordered 2 of these shipped to home. They were packed one inside the other and the outside one was broken badly, as well as scratched and smudged. I ordered a replacement, shipped to store. It was also broken, but not as badly.
