If I could give the transaction a zero, I would! The rug is showing as being delivered - to North Carolina. Unfortunately, I live in Canada!!!! It has been ordered online once, and reordered with a Customer Service Representative three other times....and ends up in North Carolina each and every time....

I ordered this rug in the circle 5’3” size. The cat print is very cute. I give this 3 stars because the rug was packaged poorly. It was wrapped with a cardboard tube and left a lot of marks and wrinkles in the rug. I’ve been trying to flatten it for over one week now. I’m hoping as I walk on it more regularly it will look better. The overall quality of the rug is not worth the price. A little disappointed but it will work in the space I bought it for. I’ve ordered rugs from Wayfair in the past and was pleased but this time was not so great.
