Great for decor, but maybe not for day to day use.

Nice set of recliners, but if you are over 5'10, it might be too small. Not the best for day to day use as the fabric is pilling. They look great in my farmhouse! I had to rethink my placement in the house.

Just the chair I was hoping it would be!

This is just the chair I was looking for. It's medium-firm as mentioned and supports my 185-lb self well. Like most furniture, I expect it to break in and become even compliant over time. The fabric is softer than I expected and feels like it will be durable. The curvature of the back, gives some lumbar support when upright and gives really good lumbar support when reclined. I might add a small lumbar pillow later, but will need more time with the chair to decide. I opted for the mustard yellow color, and it seems to be a shade or two more towards spicy brown mustard than classic yellow mustard, and I was hoping for a more muted color, so I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that the recline mechanism is little stiff sometimes, so hopefully it'll loosen up with some use. As an added bonus, I found pillow covers on a major online shopping website that appear to be the same fabric after searching for "mustard pillows", so I'll be able to carry this splash of yellow to other parts of the room. Overall, very pleased! Edit: just discovered the chair reclines even farther into a second, flatter position. Very nice.
