Soft and comfortable! Assembly is a pain when using tool provided. Next time, I'll pay for white glove assembly and trash removal!!

The upholstery is pretty stiff, but overall feels high-quality.

One chair from two received was broken. The customer support was fantastic and sent a replacement immediately. The customer support, chair quality and assembly, resulted in a 5 star rating.

Beautiful, sturdy and well built. I'm not giving 5 stars because a few came with stains. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved.

Easy to assemble. The chair is heavy and Looks well made. Since it’s new I’m not sure about how long the cushions will last.

They are beautiful except 2 of them were broken but I expect WayFair to take care of the problem.

We like these chairs. They don’t scratch the floor at all. But they are a little heavy and I’m nervous about something spilling. But hey! You take that chance with light colored dining chairs.

The chair is absolutely gorgeous and such good quality, it’s just a little firm. Overall, I’m extremely happy!

Love, love these chairs. The end chairs and these side chairs are very elegant in my dining room. The wooden feature on the back of the chair makes them unique. Note chairs on the right have covers in them to keeps the kids’ dirty hand marks off.
