Juicer is great. Customer service is not so good.

Juicer is great. If you live in Boulder though don't ask for a delivery just go and pick it up. It took two weeks to get them to deliver it and this would have never happened if I hadn't called a half dozen times. They never called back or made any effort to fix the situation. Customer service is worthless. Sorry, but what can I say?

Ra Chand Juicer is fantastic

I love this juicer! My son had one, and it was so easy to use. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I do not have a lot of strength in my hands. This is so easy. Put a lemon or lime in the spot and press down. Voila! Fresh lemon or lime juice. I will be making a lot of guacamole now that I have this wonderful juicer to squeeze my limes! . . The juicer was delivered promptly and in good condition. . . I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it and houzz.

Works quickly and efficiently on oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits. It's certainly a production tool, but the removable funnel and juicing cup make it so easy to clean that I find myself using it even when I'm just juicing a single lime. The fit and finish are a little rough - more like a farm implement than a kitchen tool - but that in no way interferes with the function, and it's still attractive enough to leave out on the counter. Which is good because this juicer is pretty hefty.

Juicer for those with citrus trees who need to do a lot of fruit

Great product we needed something to handle 500 grapefruit a day. Good product at good price!

Great juicer!

This is a great juicer. Bought this one as a gift, but have had one in my own kitchen for 6+ years. Tough, kid-friendly, easy to clean! Besides citrus, it works great on pomegranates!

Very satisfied with J210 Juicer

Over a two year period, I purchased and broke three different citrus juicers from various retail outlets. Frustrated, I looked to the commercial restaurants supply folks and purchased a Model J210 Citrus Juicer. That was back in 1995 and my wife and I have used it daily ever since with no complaints. I will say, after about ten years, the spring that lifts the handle broke, but this did not affect how the juicer performed. It is now 2011...16 years without a complaint...and I find that the rubber bumpers on the bottom have begun to disentigrate, but that is the worst problem yet.

Efficient juicer

I am a dedicated home cook and I love fresh ingredients, so this juicer stayed out on my counter all summer long. My husband bought it for me for my birthday, and I was a bit irritated because he spent so much money on a juicer. But then I loved it. But within two months, a stress point broke during use. It lasted another year half-broken, but now it is totally broken. I have had hand-squeeze juicers last longer than this. I can only assume this was a manufacturing defect, because the manufacturer prides itself on durability.
