Super bad quality
I NEVER write reviews however the worst quality of this product & poor customer service from Home Depot prompted this review. I bought these in 01/23, after about a 3 month use, the doors of the bottom cabinets are hanging loose. The screws that wedged the door to the cabinet have loosened. We tried a special adhesive to help stick the screws better but these came off right away. Now I can’t use these cabinets for storage which was the main purpose of these costly shelves. 800 USD to be precise! I expected a full refund (and the added cost of removing these huge useless shelves from my house). When I let the customer service know, they offered me a 10% discount (return window has closed!). Does Home Depot expect its products to hold itself for less than 30 days?
Packaged well. Frame is sturdy and as described. However, the cabinet is made from particle board. The heavy doors immediately pulled they tiny screws provided for the hinges out of the cabinet wall. I had to buy new, better quality hinges and particle board screws to attach the doors. Over priced for the quality.
