Easy to put together. Only thing I had to do was screw the legs on. All hardware included. Beautiful and comfortable chairs. Very pleased with my purchase! Very fast shipping, too!

I’ve only had the chairs for a couple of days but overall very happy with the purchase. Wicker feels solid and was very easy to put together. Only negative is the cushions are a bit thin.

I was very disappointed in

I was very disappointed in experience with your company. I have responded previously-see that info. I'm not going to type that all out again.Since then I learned that someone else purchased the product before me and that it wasn't noted by your company either internally nor on the registry site. Then my poor nephew had to go through considerable angst deciding whose gift to accept and whose to reject. So I lost. Now I have to find something else to purchase. I am not even sure if I've been reimbursed yet-it wasn't on my recent visa bill. I hope you jump to check on this. I considered giving you a second chance and trying to find a table that might go with the chaise lounges, but I decided I wouldn't support your business.

Great for the price.

I don’t think these would last ten years in the sun but they made two summers in Las Vegas sun and have held up! Comfortable! And look great! Can’t beat the price.

Can’t handle the wind.

One Oklahoma wind storm and 4 of the 6 chairs mats straps broke. Very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship.

Very nice

Very nice looking. Comfort would rate 7.5/10, there is one uncomfortable/hard spot directly above the middle legs. (See the photo) Feels very sturdy/solid. Pretty easy to assemble. I would buy again.

cushions are too thin!

We bought a set of these last year and wanted to add another 2 to place alongside the others. Big problem- the manufacturer has now made the cushions much thinner, so it does not match at all and looks and feels terrible! . . Very disappointing. We are stuck with them now as we already spent on the other 2.

Solid for price.

I love the sturdiness of these chairs. The color of the wicker and the blue of the pillows is beautiful. The cushions are a little thin, as the area where you bum lies on a joint, so I can’t say that this is the most comfortable chair. It’s great for the price. B+.

The good & the Bad

These are well constructed all-weather chairs that will likely last the long haul. BUT...the bads are terribly thin, and you can feel the bars through your back.

great chairs but cushions altered to look thicker than they are!

Great looking chairs, well made, metal frame, easy to assemble. Cushions disappointingly thin--1.5" vs. the wicker under them which is 3"--you can clearly see in the picture that the cushion has been altered to look thicker. That said, still love them. Backrest is adjustable--they don't mention this in the desc.

You get what you pay for

These are ok, but not as comfortable as I was hoping. Assembly was ok, but took time.

Clean Design

Clean, attractive design , comfortable cushions and solid construction overall. Assembly only involved fastening legs to unit with supplied hex tool. The only concern is the hinges connecting the seat back to the base, as I suspect that they may end up corroding over the next few years. A squirt of lithium grease may be all that's needed to prevent that from happening. Overall, I would likely buy again if more chaises were to be needed.

The chaise arrived neatly packed in a box. . Assembly was easy. Very sturdy. I will scotch guard the cushion. I only wish it came in a darker or different color than white. . Overall I am very pleased and I will buy another to match. My husband and I can lounge.
