We picked out the Moen Sage bathroom accessories at Lowe's but they didn't have the towel ring in stock. Checked on Home Essentials Direct and found it for several dollars less than Lowe's was charging. Received it in two days. Very nice looking, good weight. Seems like a real quality product.

I purchased as part of the set... the towel ring, toilet paper dispenser and toilet actuator, along with the Moen faucet. As someone with OCD, having all of the brushed nickel match is critical (especially given how close each item is to one another in my small bathroom). So pleased. No water staining. The colors are very impressive. Wish I bought these for my upstairs bathroom.

This towel ring was very easy to install. I was done in less than 10 minutes, and it looks great. I only take away one star because the setscrew on the bottom side of the towel ring stripped very easily as I was finishing the installation, so I can no longer remove the unit from the wall to make a minor adjustment to the wall screws that is causing a metallic clicking sound whenever light downward pressure is applied to the towel ring.

Moen is a good brand but this line of accessories is essentially builder grade, thus the relative price. The matching tp holder has a spring loaded bar, not swivel. This towel ring is sturdy enough to do the job and better than an even cheaper one I bought once, but not as nice as a their higher priced Voss line I used to have. The ring is super easy to install. It has a black bracket you mount to the wall, preferably to a stud, but it comes with a screw and molly if not. A single screw holds the bracket to the wall, slide the cone shaped ring holder onto the bracket and click it into place. It can be removed again if needed by pushing up on the tiny black tab of the bracket but it can be tricky to do. The hardest part of installation is measuring and marking where you want it. Installation itself takes just a couple minutes.

The Moen, Jansen Towel Ring in Chrome is absolutely beautiful. The base has a round base mount with a stepped edge around the base. It's simplicity, yet shine offers an elegant look. It's just understated enough to let your décor take center stage while still showing as a classy accent. Its hard to get too excited over a towel ring, but this one is pretty nice. As part of my overall kitchen remodel, this definitely adds a nice new, more modern look than the older wooden one that was in by bathroom. It has attached securely and looks nice, so overall no complaints. The finish is nice and clean looking and looks durable. Overall, I would recommend if you want the chrome look in your bathroom.

When you first pick up the package you can feel the quality in the weight of the towel ring. I HAVE HAD OTHER moen PRODUCTS IN MY HOME AND YOU ALWAYS GET QUALITY. Moen also stands behind their products if you have any problems they will make it right. The towel ring looks good is functional and has that solid feel not plastic finished to look like chrome.A good product.

The towel ring looks great as well as functioning perfectly. I installed this on the wall between my bathroom door and the vanity mirror. This towel ring matches and completes the Jansen collection in my master bath.

We wanted a hand towel holder for our second bathroom, but the layout made a towel bar less than practical, which is to say, 'no paired studs'. This towel ring absolutely filled the bill, as it can be mounted quickly and easily on a single stud.

This Jansen Towel Ring by Moen is a must have in any bathroom. It’s just what I was looking for and was easy to install. For years I have been putting up with a little hook on the wall that my towels kept falling of from, very frustrating experience but I ran out of ideas for my tiny bathroom and thought I had no other choice. It was either that or else reaching out to the towel bar across the room on the other end. This pattern has lasted for quite some time, up until this Moen Jensen Towel Ring came into my life, and I can’t be happier. Why, this turned out to be a perfect solution for my small bathroom. Now the hand towel is easily within reach thus making my life much easier. The ring has a timeless classic and simple look to it, and is very functional; exactly the design I would want for my bathroom. A beautiful finish and well made as far as I can tell.
