Worst Experience

We purchased a dining table from seller Simply Escalia. Numerous scratches were discovered, the item was shipped back via FEDEX. A refund was initially issued but later had been canceled due to discrepancies between the received item and the details provided in the return request. FEDEX has confirmed the item's loss and is prepared to issue a refund of the claim amount either to the shipper or directly to us. However, FEDEX has stipulated the need for a shipper waiver from shipper. Despite our repeated attempts, securing the shipper waiver from Simply Escalia has proven to be a significant challenge. We have communicated this to both Simply Escalia and Walmart, emphasizing the urgency of obtaining this waiver to facilitate the refund process but still our attempts to resolve this matter directly with the involved parties have been unsuccessful. I'd like to draw attention to the challenges I've faced and express my frustration that Walmart may not be in a position to provide the level of assistance I anticipated. This stands in contrast to the practices of competitors like Amazon, known for their efficient customer service. I genuinely believe that adopting similar customer-centric approaches could significantly enhance Walmart's customer experience and reputation. It is the worst experience we had so far!!!

Great quality table at the cheapest price compared to other places! I saw many tables that looked cheap and were much more expensive than this one. Really happy I found this after months of searching for something nice in our price range.

A lovely wood dining table. Perfect for a smaller space, easy to assemble. Would highly recommend!

Wrong color leaf extension

Table seemed sturdy, but the leaf insert was a lighter color than the rest of the table ! We may return and reorder but this was large with a lot of packing parts to ship back.

Better than I expected.

Just wow! This table is really heavy and sturdy. I had my doubts when I saw the price. Assembling was easy, I did it without any help. Nice shape to seat only 4 people with plenty of space. It came with zero damage. Sorry to read about damage on leaf, it is not my experience. I definitely recommend this table. Now I’m waiting for new chairs to complement the look in my dining room area.

I recently moved to a house built in 1950 and want to give it the mid-century feel. This dining set is perfect for my dining room. Easy to assemble and very comfortable seating. I love it!
