Not a good experience at all

Big disappointment

Damaged

Put 5 chairs together, pulled the 6th one out and it was splintered. The table top is SCRATCHED! Sams said we must return the whole table set instead of just replace if the damaged parts, oh also they won’t have a replacement until maybe January!

Purchased this table thinking it would come as a solid white table like in the picture but it’s actually more of a antique white. Kind of a bummer but otherwise it’s gorgeous and sturdy.

Poor quality

Tried getting the table twice. The first time the box was completely damaged so we declined the delivery as we didnt want to deal with it after unloading and unboxing. The 2nd delivery was fine but then once we got it together the track for pulling the table apart was all splintered and broke. We were unable to slide it open and closed and when any weight was put on top the table would buckle. I think this is from the quality of it and not a shipping issue. The corner also had damaged from shipping. We were definitely disappointed as it looked very nice.

So glad I ordered this. I love it.

Chairs are garbage

After waiting a very long time for delivery (1st set was so damaged the delivery company refused it), a chair broke less than 24 hours after use. I sat in the chair and slid up to the table and it snapped. Will absolutely be returning. The surface of the chairs also have pieces sticking out that will leave slivers in your hands.

Great table and customer service!

My wife and I purchased this table in July of 2020. Just recently we noticed something was broken in the leaf. We contacted the customer service rep and within two days a new table was being processed and sent our way! We were blown away at how awesome the customer service was! Aside from that, we love the table. It is sturdy and very nice looking (doesn’t look cheap at all)! Definitely recommend this table!

Dining/server

The server, while I loved the style, arrived damaged twice so I gave up on it. I do love the dining set, just wish I could have gotten the matching server as well.

Disappointing Construction and Customer Service.

BEWARE!! This set is complete junk, which I am not happy about finding out after spending big bucks on this set. We were excited to put this to good use in our new home but once we put it together within a day one of the chair legs completely broke off while a child was sitting in it. A few days later another chair broke in the same spot. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone and the customer service reps I spoke to online said it takes 5 days for them to contact me once an order is put in. Well it's now been 5 days and no one has contacted me. In the meantime I have a brand new table set that does not seat my whole family with two broken chairs. Beyond disappointed with the quality and construction of this set that we didn't even use fully for a couple days and the customer service at Sam's!!

Beautiful Table and Great Price

Love this table...it’s beautiful and sturdy!

Very functional and nice looking!

We've had the dining set for about two weeks now and so far, so good! We love the look it gives our dining room. The seats of the chairs are HUGE and pretty comfy. This set looks like it would have cost a lot more, so we are very pleased!

This could have been a great product

The braces for the legs are low quality and need to be strengthened. The set looks great, the chairs are nice. Sadly the surface does not stand up well to water and breaks down under something as simple as windex. I recommend putting a coat of clear Polyurethane on the surface and leaf if you hope to keep this more than five years.

Exceeded Expectations!

This table is huge! It’s beautiful and sturdy. We added glass to the top to preserve the soft rubber wood and it looks awesome! It has a matching bench which we were happy to find too. It’s taller than my previous table but not bistro height. It’s just a super awesome table and chairs at an awesome price!

love it!!!

Just got my table last week and I absolutely love it. I agree it’s not as “white” as the pictures show but also not as bad as I thought it would be based on some of the reviews. It is more of a cream or eggshell color which I don’t mind at all. It’s very sturdy and well made. It came unassembled but wasn’t bad to put together.
