Absolutely beautiful! My husband and I are so pleased with this purchase. The clock is wrapped nicely, even the sensitive inner parts. Delivery was on time and handled with care. The clock does need the weights and pendulum installed so be prepared to do that. The instructions are very detailed so it was a breeze. The moon dial is a picture on this clock so it’s not adjustable. The sound is wonderful and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this clock.

Perfection! Beautiful.. If you don’t have experience setting up technically the clock like this an expert on grandfather clocks needs to be brought in as we did. It’s amazing how much you need to learn about one

Howard Miller Grandfather clocks

I bought it because it was suppose to be the best on the market. I have had repair men out 5 different times, now they want more money to put new guts in it, Howard Miller do not stand behind their product, and now I am stuck with a grandfather clock that doesn't work. For as much money as I paid for it, it should out last my grandchildren. Something like this should be handed down from generation to generation. Shame on you. And I am going to tell ALL my friends, not to buy it. It's junk!
