Look is pretty good, but the parts, quality control, and shipping are abysmal; maybe I shouldn't be surprised at this low price, but yet I was still disappointed. First order had lots of missing and damaged parts, despite using tons of packaging. Ordered replacement parts instead of just returning (at my own shipping expense) and the replacements also had damage - though in different spots, so I was able to cobble together most of a set of stools. One final parts replacement order and I got... a stool with the same problems and a completely different stance, height, leg angle, and hardware. It's like they completely changed the design. Super frustrating and not worth the trouble for such a cheap stool.

If I could rate this 0 I would. I ordered 2 green and 2 orange. The orange arrived an inch 2 short. Same with the 2nd corrected order, and the third. Talked to customer service and she DETAILED the replacement. Just got it today and I received only ONE stool and its too short. So I guess the result is, dont ever order orange because its never the right size! Now I pay return shipping to send the replacement back. Such a joke!

The bar stools are great! But had some issues with getting the correct color when the product came damaged.

Easy to put together. They feel sturdy and are great for high traffic areas or messy people.

They look very nice, but the screws underneath come loose fairly often. Possibly because we have kids constantlymoving around on these chairs, but they still shouldn’t do that. We just tighten them once every month or 2.

Two of the four items arrived damaged and one of the hardware packs had the wrong screw size. The table legs are much lighter in color than the website photos.Pro Chair basin is comfortable.

These chairs are fabulous. I got the lime green, perfect color and gives me that splash of color I wanted for my otherwise white kitchen. They are comfortable and sturdy. They were a bit of a pain to put together, my brother helped me and he’s very handy. There was this plastic wrapping on the legs that was a pain getting off. Otherwise I do love them.

Very good and lasted the whole winter after Christmas. I doubt we’ll have to buy more for next season

These chairs are complete trash. My husband has put them back together so many times and they continue to break !!!! Cheap. I bought 8 of them and have to now re- buy different ones.

Perfect stool

Two out of the four chairs were damaged. Then Wayfair sent me replacement parts but were from a different chair. Now I have damaged parts and chair that doesn’t match my other three. And now I’m responsible for throwing everything away. Also, they were too cheap to send me a new chair. Every part was damaged so they sent me all new parts but no hardware so I had to reuse the hardware.

The chairs are very comfortable, and they are a conversation piece when people visit. I love the attention to detail with the wood design. They are a keeper!

The most comfortable and beautiful counter stools. I didn’t put them together so I cannot say how difficult or easy it was but my handyman who happened to be here put them together very fast
