I think this is great. It is weighted nicely and does its job. The tray could be a lil' deeper for wipes. My husband does not love the look. Mainly due to all but the vertical rods being plastic.

This is the second one of these we have bought for home. Really sturdy, loo roll storage is useful, as is the little cubby - great for sanitary pads. The shelf for your phone is fab too.

One of my favorite brands is Joseph Joseph and I was over the moon excited to replace my 20 year plus toilet paper holder with this gorgeous new Easystore luxu stainless steel concealed toilet paper holder that's stainless steel mixed with black color. It goes along with my style and restroom as I have everything in silver! Yes, it took me over 20 years to find something I really liked. I've researched so many different ones until I discovered this particular one. I love the slick, modern, classy design! It fits up to 3 toilet paper rolls(doesn't matter huge roll or small, I've tried both, and it fits perfectly!). Easy to pull the handle up and grab a roll when out of toilet paper. The finger hook is a unique design and feature, now my kids want one for their restroom, haha. It's not bulky nor heavy. Very easy to move to another restroom if changed my mind(not that I will, haha). It helps to keep my curious naughty cats away from my toilet rolls and keeps it classy in the restroom. Well worth the investment for a really long time!!

Tricky assembly

The assembly is a bit harder than the instructions make out. The just click together poles aren't quite that simple as the plastic moulds seem oversized. I had to use my full body weight to get the storage bit onto the pole. All of the metal poles ended up shaving some of the plastic off, I think the tolerances are off a little bit in their manufacturing process! Once together it does feel sturdy, so hopefully won't need to reassemble ever!!

Good customer servuce

I already had one Joseph Joseph toilet butler with which I was very pleased. Tried 3 of the same model from John !ewis and none of the parts went together. Raised the problem directly with Joseoh Joseoh who kindly sent me a voucher as an apology. Used the voucher towards a purchase direct from Joseph Joseph. Item was perfect. Eady to put together and does the job

Badly made

I purchased a similar item a couple of years ago. It was easy to assemble and looked great. I was very pleased. When I recently needed to refurbish my bathroom I ordered a similar Joseph Joseph Easy Store Toilet Butler. The first item received the components would not fit into the base. The exchanged item had a similar problem and also the toilet roll holder was split where the two parts were joined so wouldn't fit into the pole. The third exchange had all these problems - the polesbwould not fit into the plastic base and the toilet roll holder would not fit into the pole. Very poorly manufactured. Not what I expect of Joseph Joseph. I have applied for a refund. There are similar reviews in April 2024 and June 2024

Disappointed, this is a pricey item and an excellent brand but this isn't of their usual standard.

Stylish and practical, but let down by component sizes

This seemed an ideal loo roll holder with a platform to rest a phone on. It looks stylish. But the plastic components which are supposed to fit into steel tubes are just slightly too big. There was no way I could properly assemble the main pole without breaking the plastic so I have left it not quite pushed in.

I did end up returning this item to Wayfair because it took so long to receive. So I ordered the exact same item on another website. Which I got in two days. However, I thought a review may be helpful. I believe this unit comes in handy when you're unable to attach a toilet paper holder to the left or right of the toilet bowl. In my case both the cabinet and the wall are too far back so the person would have to reach over to grab some paper. With this beautiful unit you can place it in the exact spot you need it. Plus, it holds a cell phone on the very top portion, or any other item. And right underneath that metal holder is a little storage compartment. Maybe to put feminine hygiene products or flushable wipes. It's very genius, and I received a ton of compliments on it. I passed along the product information to a few people already.

A brilliant product which is slimline but very functional. The holder takes double size toilet rolls and I love the shelf at the top. It is excellent quality and not bulky, it fits the space perfectly between the toilet and a tall bathroom cupboard.

Toilet joy

The toilet paper holder was a thorn in our side, because getting something to our liking turned out to be difficult. It fits perfectly in the place where we needed it, the bowl is very shallow indeed, but we don't mind, we use it more from above, as a storage. The stand is not 100% immovable, but this can be attributed to the curved tiles rather than the stand. Otherwise, it keeps clean well.

Bathroom update purchase

Great holder simplicity features clean looking , does the both jobs required in one as holds and stores toilet roll aswell . I didn't want wall mounted holder on wall . Easy assembly with useful tray for a pack wipes .A little on expensive side however very worth it and matches all my other Joseph Joseph bathroom accessories.

Incomplete tool and non-existent customer service.

Arrived incomplete. Nut and plastic missing from inside longer pole. Wrote to ask for replacement nut or pole as bolt held in place now by sticky tape. &A long wait for a reply. Eventually asked for photos (photos of inside a dark pole?) i do not have a powerful enough camera.
