Mrs

This product is very poor quality. A certain part does not seem to fit anywhere. Impossible to speak to a person at M & S. why no return documents in parcel? I will make a one hour round trip to return this. Hate it.

Campact and study

Is a compact dish rack and the 2 levels do help with space utilisation with mugs at the bottom and plates on top. That said, the divisions from the top are a bit odd and I cant manage to stack bowls. I have to put bowls facing the sides which takes a lot of room and defeats the efficiency purpose. Great for flat plates though.

Joseph Joseph Dish Drainer

Joseph Joseph drainer is very modern, pretty sturdy, looks well in my new kitchen

Potentially good but does not tick all the boxes.

Quite tall and small plates don't stand up in the top rack so have to be stacked. Tall plates make the whole structure look too tall.

Nice product

Great product and looks nice. Plenty of drainage for 2 people. The holder has no drainage hols which is a shame as I would have expected it to have.

Not worth the money.

Very cheap and nasty plastic holding the metal rack. Would not be easy to take apart for storage if needed.

Not fit for purpose

This drainer looks very smart on our drainer but sadly our small plates fall through the slots & break! I would not recommend.

A nice upgrade to my kitchen

It takes up a much smaller footprint than my previous one, and I have no idea of the "science" behind it, but it would appear my dishes are drying more quickly than my previous model. Looks a whole lot better in my kitchen as well.

Useful in a small area

I gave the dish rack 4 stars because of the compact size, but I would have given it 3 1/2 if that existed. I don't think there is enough tilt for the water to drain through the spout, so I have added two rubber bits, not too high; at the back of the legs to give it more tilt. It still doesn't drain completely, but it has helped. I am getting used to placing the dishes facing the front, but would prefer if I could put the dishes sideways on the rack, which I am used to with previous drainers and think that way works a bit better when placing the dishes in between the slots. If you're looking for a small and neat drainer, this one does the job ok.

Compact and minimalist

Easy to assemble. Nice and compact for a small space. Certain dishes don't fit into the rack bit. Quite pricey for what it is.

Not for me

Nothing really wrong with it but it's not for me. I thought it would fold down for storage but you can't. So it's there all the time and I don't like clutter. But otherwise it does the job.

Far from their best.

Far from their best I’m afraid. Small items like saucers and side plates just fall off and break. Sorry M and S but I’m disappointed with the product and wouldn’t recommend.

Kitchen drainer

I am very pleased with this little drainer but I do have a very small kitchen and a dishwasher. And it’s only used for two of us for cups and things.

Not Impressed

Looks great BUT small plates/bowls/pasta bowls won't stand up in the slots and fall over, nothing broken yet! But this is totally unfit for purpose.

Useful and stylish

Just fitted a new kitchen and this is perfect for saving the worktop from water while the dished etc. dry.

Neat & tidy but not super practical

Nice for plates & cups but not for drying bowls or pans - there isn't enough room. Looks smart & maybe fine for 1 person but no more.

Compact drainer

Adequate. Unfortunately one of the holes the metal draining part fitted into was broken upon arrival. Its neat for the small space i have. Took ages to arrive, hense not asking for a replacement due to the damage

Small J&J Y-Rack Dishdrainer

I was so pleased to purchase this J&J Dishdrainer in the sale for £24.00 . But, was very disappointed on opening my purchase.

Not fit for purpose

In spite of fully following the assembly instructions the rack is not fit for purpose. Plates fall off it, the base collects water and gets dirty very quickly. I do wish designers would actually try out their designs. A waste of money.
