Not same pillow that’s advertised

Bought these pillows several months back. Loved them!

Beware! these are NOT jumbo

Such false advertising of pillows - these are standard size pillows as outlined even in the box they came in. Not worth the price you pay for what you are being sold as Jumbo! Do not buy these

TRUE NAME: SO FLUFFY

On June 10, 2023 my pillows were delivered. March 2024 I just opened the box and I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE PILLOWS. I usually dent sleep on pillows, but I bought a King bed and thought I should get pillows. I bought 4 other pillows from Macys, but all of them went flat. NO COMPLAINTS, LOVE THESE PILLOWS BUYING TWO MORE FOR MY BED.

So uncomfortable

So uncomfortable. Also, they only sent one pillow - twice! Which would've been fine if the CSR would've applied two-step thinking and didn't put in a return for the first pillow, promising me the second time they will send two. Macy's customer service center has taken a nosedive. I think from this point onward, I will not buy bedding online - only inshore.

Best pillows I’ve had in years

I pulled these pillows out of the box and they were vacuum, sealed paper thin. I opened them up out of the vacuum sealer and they were huge compared to the original size, I put a pillowcase on them and laid down and literally woke up six hours later…

These pillows are probably the worst pillows I’ve ever bought and I can’t even return them since I’ve taken them out of the package. I thought they would fluff up after removing the vacuum seal. I also attempted to fluff them in the dryer. Absolutely horrible! Can’t believe the reviews! So flat and lumpy. I might have to go out and buy new pillows again. I wish I could contact the company for a refund. Terribly disappointed considering the great reviews!!

king size pillows

was searching for king size pillows and found these on the Macys site. Great value for the price, very soft and fluffy. I love them.

Soft, light and fluffy

Softest, lightest and fluffiest comforter ever. I decided to purchase this comforter after seeing the same brand as the pillows they make. What a great decision we made. It’s super easy to wash because it’s so light and airy. We have a dog that likes to be on the edge of the bed and the hair brushes right off this comforter and doesn’t stick to it after washing like most materials. Highly recommend this brand! We will be purchasing this in other colors :)

Working the graveyard shift it's hard to get the needed rest I'm happy to get these pillows it's soft and comfortable. Glad to read the positive reviews.

SO FLUFFY! Down Alternative Pillow
