Great chef knife

I got this for my mother, who isn’t really into knifes and just wants one that can take a beating and she can throw in the dish washer.

Superb knife

Very thin blade, but the steel is of course a sufficiently hard, and tough steel. The Knife is huge, and slices like a dream. The handle is quite functional, offering grip even when wet due to the two tones of plastic sheath. The indents on the spine of the blade are not that useful for my day to day cooking, but foresee them being super helpful when tackling larger vegetables, or a big set of onions, which is when you find the annoying 'sticking' of slices to your blade.

Works For Me

I am not a heavy-duty user and have not previously owned a chef's knife primarily because of the cost of a good one. This one does the job for my needs, plus looks good and can be had at reasonable cost.

cant beat the price and a great cut

I dont recommend knives but this one I told several friends about. Cheap price, excellent edge geometry and perfect cut. for the money you cant do any better. Better than a 50 dollar knife I own.

Beautiful and functional. I need to hide it from my husband and sons before they ruin it. What a great value, and I got it in time for preparing Christmas dinner.
