Beware of the fabric before buying! This couch is comfy and oversized with plenty of room to spread out for a nap. However, I am unfortunately returning since in person it was clear that it is not a high quality piece. A strong breeze could snag the fabric. Basic use, let alone with pets or children, will tear this apart in no time. The upholstery also shows seams on the top cushion behind the pillows, making me suspect that it is just not a great quality couch. I wanted to love it but I’ll be spending a bit more to get a similar couch with a better fabric!

Love this lounger. Got the taupe and the fabric is very durable and just what it showed on website. Very happy with purchase. Wayfair by far had best price, too.

**If you’re thinking of ordering online/shipping - DON’T!** I don’t usually leave reviews, but after getting multiple emails from Old Bones prompting me to review my purchase, I felt the need to share my experience. I ordered this piece of furniture on 2/15/24. My order confirmation email listed 1-2 weeks for “processing” and 1-2 weeks for shipping, giving me an approximate delivery date of 3/15/24 which would have been 4 weeks. Today is 4/13/24 and I still do not have my order. So my review today will be in reference to the poor customer service I’ve experienced with this company and their failure to deliver on the stated delivery time. I emailed the company on 3/1/14 (2 weeks after purchase) to get an update on shipping. I did get an email response but it took FOUR DAYS. The response was very generic and told me nothing “waiting for release from warehouse, will email update when we have it” which I found to be inadequate. Sent a follow up asking for a more specific date as I had an event planned in my home and wanted to have this in place. The response was that it would be shipped by “first of next week” which would have been 3/11/14. By 3/13/24, I still had not gotten an email confirming shipment. I tried to call the company (the number I called from a link in one of their emails took me to a voicemail? Very strange) so I sent yet another email asking to cancel my order - which I should have been able to do since it had not shipped. Instead of getting a response to my request to cancel the order, I got an email several hours later confirming shipment of my item - making it impossible to get the refund I requested. Even more frustrating: the tracking information in the “shipping” email showed that the item wasn’t even picked up by the shipper from the warehouse for a week after my “shipping confirmation”. The shipping company that Old Bones uses provides little to no updates on the location or estimated delivery of your item. My husband is convinced that this website is 100% a scam and we’re out a few thousand dollars now. I did reach out again last week communicating my frustration and finally had a customer service specialist call me back. She offered me $250 store credit which I declined - as there is literally no way I would ever purchase a single item from this company ever again. In theory, my item will arrive at a local warehouse tomorrow and I’ll be called to schedule delivery - maybe next week? 9 weeks after I paid for my purchase and 5 weeks later than it should have arrived. I sincerely hope it is everything I want it to be and fits my space, because I do not want to have to try to navigate a return with this “company”. Less

I need this!!!

So I don't have this BUT I sat in this in the store. It is very large! You could sit 3 reg size adults (up to 200 lbs each) and a small child comfortably. It's also long. My hubby is 6'0 and there were at least 3 feet of room left until the end of the chair. Unfortunately this is too large to fit my my stairs because otherwise it would be in my house!!!!

I was concerned about the color of the fabric, but it is perfect. It looks taupe and works well with browns. It is my husband and dog's new favorite place. It has plenty of space for a 60 pound dog and my husband who is 6'4". We love it!

Loved the chair, ended up returning because of the fabric, it looked a little like a thick weave of threads. It was very large and very cozy though

This piece is amazing. As others had stated, it is really big, but if the dimensions work in your space you will love it. We got the "gray" which I would describe as more of a tan (more of a warm tone than a cool tone).

This chair is incredible! So comfortable and spacious! It's my favorite piece of furniture in our home. Has plenty of space for 2-4 people. It is beautiful, firm and supportive but comfy. The pillows that come with it are great, love the different sizes.

I’ve had the run around and conflicting information from Wayfair and the manufacturer on weight limits for this item. First it was stated it was 250 lbs, the. 400 lbs, where the product details onsite state 500lbs. Originally on the phone was given a partial refund option, but none of that came into fruition. The only resolution was to either replace or return the item. Got an email to place it back in the packaging. Where is the customer service when you pay over 2400 for one piece of furniture I have to arrange to send it back and WAIT for my refund That’s absurd.

This is seriously the first thing everyone compliments on and everyone wants to sit on it. We love it. Just know this thing is massive, so make sure to measure twice where you want to put it.

Great quality couch, a bit firm but still comfy. Brings classy look. Used extra delivery option to drop off room of choice (upstairs)…great service!

Worth the wait!

You definitely need a BIG space for this oversized lounger! It's a statement showpiece. You can fit two comfortably! Also great if you want to spread out with your laptop, a snack, the dog, ---Caution: it took some work fitting it through a standard bedroom door -beware of the size limitations.
