Sofa assembly was a nightmare!

Every screw hole had excess coating inside, and had to be reamed out by hand in order for the screws to catch. Every single one. Once it was put together, it was fine. But be advised! Honestly, if it had been only 1 or 2 of them that had to be fixed, it would not have been such a big deal. But it was all of them. Re: photo. The holes shown on the left have been fixed. The right side shows how they were. It does not appear to be a big difference, but it was just enough to prevent the tip of the screws from getting into the hole and catching the threads. Edit: In the interest of accuracy, my review only refers to the sofa. The table assembled easily. Also, it turns out that it was not, in fact, every hole in the loveseat frame that had to be widened, but about 75% of them. Two of them had to be opened with a tap set. My overall review doesn't change though, (even though it looks nice) because many people might not have the knowledge or the tools to correct those problems & put it together. And it just should not be that difficult.
