Very Disappointed

I am totally disappointed. Where do I start. One of the coaches arrived without the screws. Nearly all of the pieces arrived either rusted or with damage pieces. The challenge is that when you open the boxes there is no putting them back in for a refund or replacement. I paid someone to help me put these together which means even if I get replacement parts, I am out those funds and the cost to assemble the new pieces.

Ordered the light color 5 piece set. VERY comfortable and sturdy. We love it! Great purchase, great price! We’d but more if we had a larger front porch. We get tons of compliments on it. Easy to assemble as well!

Love the set! I’m stting here now while I type this. The black metal has some bronze running through it. The cushion covers are quality material. I like that they are removable. Everything arrived at the same time. Very easy to assemble with clear instructions.

Highly recommend! I ordered this set in the oatmeal color which is a nice neutral. Note the finish is not black, but more of a dark brown / bronze which is what I was looking for - assembly was not bad but this comes in 7 different boxes. The cushion covers ship separately. Overall, I was impressed

Quality, make sure you have the space for it.

Love it! Went together easy, all pieces had between 8-12 bolts, Everything fit together and the holes lined up, as long as you don't tighten as the directions say. Good heavy metal with intact white finish. Everything arrived at the same time in a pretty fast time. One of the 5 cushion covers was different than the others and made one of the seat cushions a different size. However a quick email to Overstock and within 4-5 days the correct piece arrived. In the long seat there was a small bend from shipping but it straightened out when I bolted it together. The set was well packed. Each item had extra bolts and washer. . Directions were not complicated and easy to follow. It looks great. Make sure yo have space because it is a bigger set. At 6'3" it was perfect for me. My 5/2" wife will need to put a second pillow behind her back but she says it was comfortable.
