This is a very attractive sofa and I would like to give it 5 stars BUT.... one piece of metal was bent when it arrived. The damage had to occur at the factory....there was no damage to the box and their packing method is excellent. The cushion cover material is not impressive. Also, the stitching on one of the pillows arrived coming apart. QC does not apprear to be very good.

Easy to assemble and very simple looking, perfect for my back deck. I would be careful if you were wanting to put this outside in direct sunlight. I imagine the black metal would make the armrests very hot.

Defective, no quality control, waste of time

Not even one star. Target is having some serious issues. Their website won’t let me select anything but 5 stars?! This arrived today in a pristine box. That’s where it stopped. We opened it up to find three of the four metal pieces substantially dented. So the manufacturer has no quality control and just boxed defective items and sent them to us. One dent is aesthetic and another is at a joint where a nut/bolt would join the two pieces and the other is so bent it won’t meet its counterpart flush enough to screw in and make it useable. Of course we unboxed and unwrapped everything. Customer service wants me to run out and get packing tape and tape it all back up (3 enormous boxes) for pick up tomorrow?! So take more of my time to box up, tape, and return unusable items that will end in landfill. That makes total sense to treat a customer that you transacted the purchase. What a headache. Glad I used AMEX. Save your time and avoid this item and Target customer service.
