Kamado Joe Karbon Steel Paella Pan
Can’t tell you how good this pan is. I much prefer Carbon Steel over Cast Iron as it heats much quicker and cools much quicker.
Paella pan can be use for much more.
The pan is more than a skillet, its a great product.

This paella pan is perfect. It has high walls and a smooth surface that works well for paella or any deep dish creation. What I loved most was the ability to fit all my ingredients in the pan because of it's large size. It's non-stick surface allowed for easy clean up. I'm looking forward to trying this pan again for future cooks!
