I ordered the white tile and I was so excited to receive this order for our backsplash. When it arrived, it was nothing like the picture shown. First off, there are little brown marks throughout all the tile. (I opened multiple boxes). It looks horrible, as if the tile is dirty.

We bought the Kingston Sky Blue tiles. They are stunning and were very easy to cut. I will say that you need good lighting in order to identify the different shades of blue as they are very similar. There were 3 shades. We made piles of light, medium, and dark blue and then installed randomly. Once installed it is easy to detect the color difference.

These tiles were used in a bathroom remodel. The quality of the tiles is very good. Make sure to check the tiles when they are delivered. I had a few broken tiles. Wayfair was very responsive in refunding my account for the broken tiles.

Love the texture of the tile. Colors seem less varied than the picture but the subtle differences make it seem more like the sea.

Beautiful Color

Such a beautiful tile! We wanted to add a pop of color to an otherwise neutral kitchen remodel, and this tile gave us exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to cut, a breeze to lay, and the finished product was wonderful. The only downside to be prepared for is the potential of broken tile when delivered. Because we knew we wouldn't have time to wait on replacement tile if some came in broken, we ordered 15% wastage instead of our standard 10% for this type of tile, and that was the right move because one of our boxes had half of its contents broken on arrival. Between the extra that we ordered and being able to salvage some of the broken pieces, though, we ended up with enough to complete our project on time.

love this, it’s exactly what i was looking for

this tile has a perfect warm tone. it’s not too dark or too light. i was really struggling finding a tile that didn’t have any gray in it, and this one is perfect. the texture of the tile makes it look high end and custom.

So happy with the results. The variation in color is subtle but just enough to be perfectly imperfect.

Wrong tile

The tile is blue! I ordered white Kingston. It’s labeled “White Kingston” but it’s blue.

Love it! We spent a lot of time looking for a backsplash but had a hard time finding a warm whitebeige with variation that still looked modern. Funny thing is it’s the exact same manufacturer as the Riad White from the til shop. The Riad from the tile shop only came in 4x4 squares so this looks much more modern.

you never sent the correct tile ?we reordered twice. very disappointed that you sent out Harmony Rialto Aqua both times , no kingston turquoise ever, so we’ve sadly never be able to see that tile . shame your people order incorrect items repeatedly . frustrating,and contractor not happy we have to keep rescheduling kitchen remodel job as we get wrong products repeatedly and that messes up his schedule .I know Home depot can do better and is capable of sending out correct items … but someone higher up should know about employees not doing their jobs correctly . i called numerous times and dealt with taking wrong tiles back , sadly thats difficult as it was a full 50 pound box both times not just a single tile sample, as we wanted to see the whole color range of the kingston turquoise . Do better … please

Absolutely love the color of these tiles. Some dark, some light, some have little brown spots in them! Perfect for any light colored kitchen with lighter countertops.

I selected this tile online because it’s not available in the stores. I loved the color and the movement of it. However, upon delivery 5 of the 19 boxes were broken and damaged. After receiving replacement product we decided to return it all. Our GC felt that it would chip too easily upon installation.

The tiles are beautiful. HOWEVER - the entire upper right stack plus the lower left all have brown spots on them. Only the upper left stack are free of brown spots. We are now either going to return the entire sets of tiles purchased or have to purchase new boxes so we can try to salvage more that are free of brown spots so we can complete are backsplash. Very unhappy with this.

Ordered samples

I have seen this tile in several online projects so ordered & paid for 4 tile samples because of the color variation with this tile. Delivery took long but tiles arrived very well packaged. All four tiles were the exact same color. This did not help me out with making a decision. There looks to be 4 different shades per box so I was expecting some variation in the samples. Wasted money.

No more blues!

Fabulous blue tile in mixed shades to give a wonderful handmade feel.

Great price and a fantastic lóok. We are so happy with the color, texture and how nicely the tile reflects light.

This tile is so gorgeous! We ordered 7 boxes and only had a total of about half a box that was broken. All those pieces were also able to be cut and used. So there wasn’t any waste. I love the variation in tone and depth of this turquoise tile. It’s really a beautiful blend of light to medium teal. No regrets here!

alright product, the tiles came packaged with glue that made it a pain to deal with because they were stuck to the ceramic. THEN, some tiles weren't level and others were cut sharper than others...
