took time to put together. but its a great desk set. i love the color. seat is comfy.

Solid and clean looking. Fits nicely in my office space.

Looks nice, shipped fast, but be aware that the chair for this table sits at least 3 inches lower than a typical chair. I am 6 feet tall, and when I sit I feel like a child in an adults chair. You will need to place a thick pillow or other seat support to use the chair normally with this table. You've been warned.

This set really should be 5 stars. It's so close! The desktop and legs and heavy and feel solid (not cheap). The finish is attractive (more brown and less red than online photos). The lost star is because the screws for the chair back are too long and when tightened (not even all the way), they push through the chair back and create an unsightly bulge. Mind you, this is hand tightening with the Allen wrench provided. Also the seat material (cheap vinyl) could be upgraded just slightly and this set would be worth more. Would totally recommend with the caveats herein. (Note: although well packaged, shipment via XPO was a nightmare.)

This desk and chair set are pretty solid pieces of furniture, especially considering the price. It looks as pictured and is really sturdy. The wood is smooth and nice walnut color but it does scratch easily (I can tell from the texture and finish). The chair is also nice, but the gray is darker than pictured (almost looks black). I will be returning this set because the desk is actually very large and took up too much space in my cozy room (be sure to check the dementions). But if I had more space to work with, I would keep it

This modern desk and chair is a perfect combo for a small work space. Easily fits in a bedroom and does nog take up a lot of space. The assembly is easy and comes with all hardware. Only concern is two scuff marks on the table and one on the chair that were preexisting.

Nice simple desk. Quality was better than I expected. The chair back was scuffed from wear during shipping, but a quick call to overstock and I had a free replacement part in a few days.
