Ripples disappear

pro - beautiful image and frame, timely shipping, hanging clips on 2 sides so can be hung horizontal or vertical cons - arrived with rippled canvas, alligator hanging clips not attached symmetrically, packed with canvas right under the tape you cut to open the box - a knife could have easily damaged the canvas. The ripples were almost a deal breaker. I tried contacting the All Things Decor company, still haven't heard back from them 3 days later. I tried laying it flat with a wool blanket on top overnight to try to flatten the ripples, which actually worked. Fortunately I was careful opening the box sliding the knife sideways.
