Beautifully made clock. The color in the on-line photos make the wood grain look darker than it is. It is as described - cherry wood.

The clock is everything I was hoping for. Perfect condition for a previously opened box. Customer service was so helpful in every aspect of this transaction, from helping me place the order to fully explaining buying a previously opened box!!

Love it. Grew up with a Westminster chime, and promised myself I would have one. The family loves it too.

Quality and appearance of cabinet are great, however sound quality is very disappointing. Sounds different every day, and batteries (alkaline) need to be changed weekly to keep optimal chime. Ultimately had to leave turned off. Next time will spend the extra money for the real deal.

Kathryn Wall Clock with chimes

I'm very pleased with the Howard Miller wall clock purchased. Aesthetically it has fine linear lines-clean look, not cluttered. It has a beautiful look and design. The chimes sound very clear with beautiful melodies.
