I was expecting the product the way. It’s. Quality is not bad. I am satisfied with the time delivery very happy.

It is worthless without a base/box. It will spoil your mattress and it is not usable if you use without box.

sturdy bed

we really liked the color and it is a full wooden frame. it was very quick and easy to assemble. with the bunkie board, the bed is strong.

Feels sturdy for being a build a bed from a box, sits low to the ground. Will need a thick mattress or a box spring or maybe both depending on what you’re looking for. Overall very worth the money!

I like the design of this product. Also, the shipment was fast and delivery was very smooth. Only minor issue of this product is that there are several broken spots of this product (may have happened inside the box). This makes some defects of this product.

Great quality, color, and customer service!

I bought this King size bed and 2 nightstands for my son and daughter in law for Christmas. The color is what it appears to be in the pictures and the quality is good. When it was delivered there was not a headboard and footboard delivered, only the bed rails. I called customer service who tracked the shipment seeing that the box was damaged in transit so it was returned to the warehouse. Immediately the representative sent out another shipment that I received in 2 days.

Great buy! I was very pleased with this purchase. It was for an extra bedroom, but the bed looks better than I thought it would. Very sturdy and real easy to put together! I would definitely recommend

Had this about five months now and it is already starting to creak. Hopefully I can figure out how to fix it.

Great value

Bed is surprisingly sturdy with good quality. Padding all around, so you will never hurt your shin again. It looks modern, if you are tired of wood designs. Creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Overall great bargain.

So glad we bought this bed!

Finding an upholstered platform bed to match our decor and that fit under a window was more difficult than we expected. They are hard to find in local furniture stores and it seemed risky to order on line. We found several on line that we liked but most reviews reported that these beds are a nightmare to assemble so we were hesitant. We came across this bed from Coleman that we thought would be perfect AND the price included set up and delivery so we couldn't pass it up. We were a bit concerned because some reviews from this company indicated trouble with long delivery wait time and poor customer service. We were told it would be 3-4 week for delivery and it was delivered 15 days after ordering. Set up was indeed a challenge that WE did not have to deal with- it took the two delivery guys quite awhile to get it all together. They did a wonderful job and we were very pleased with the entire experience. The bed looks great, it well constructed, and love the extra storage the drawers provide.

Almost perfect!

The bed is beautiful looking. It feels sturdy. The guys who delivered it could not have been nicer. I only have two minor complaints. The first is that the drawers under the bed feel a little flimsy when you pull them out. They feel like they could snap because there's no support underneath them. We're thinking of buying some wheels and putting them under the front edge so that it has more support. They are a nice size though and they would hold a lot if they were sturdier. Other small complaint is that you can't really use a box spring with this bed because the box spring + mattress will cover the headboard. It doesn't really matter because the bed is so sturdy you don't really need a box spring but I wish that was mentioned somewhere because we bought a new box spring and then had to get rid of it. Otherwise we're extremely satisfied with our purchase!

My husband and I finally made the decision to take care of ourselves and invest in a new bed. SO glad we did! Not only is this product elegant, practical and sturdy, but delivery and set up made upgrading our sleep experience a breeze! So happy with our bed, and with this company! Five Stars

Love this bed!

The drawers open and close smoothly, the padded headboard is firm but comfy, perfect for reading in bed, I love the color and texture of the fabric. Plus, you can't beat the full-service delivery and installation.

We received the bed sooner then the shipping time we were stated. The bed is a good quality (sturdy) bed for the price and we love it. The techs who put it together were very professional and fast. I will be ordering from this company again!

The bed is poorly made although looks good at first sight. The back of the headboard is poorly finished and was unscrewed while delivered. This must be the returned item from the previous buyer. The inner part of the feetboard is also poorly finished. The bed shakes specially the headboard because of the poor and thin wood construction. The support of the box spring is so thin that I afraid, the bed would not carry the weight altogether.

Very poor quality

Within a few months of purchasing this bed the finish on the footboard starting peeling back at the corners. It's a cheap bed so I was prepared for that. Shortly after it had begun peeling my husband sat on the edge of the mattress to put his shoes on and the ledge that supports the slats completely broke. Oops. At 6'5 he's kind of a giant so I suppose that's understandable as well. The final straw was when I sat on my side of the bed to fold laundry and the slat on my side broke as well!!!! What The Heck, I'm a small woman and if this bed can't handle the small amount of weight from little ol' me it's obviously garbage! I would have given it 1 star but the final event occurred 2 days before our 1 year warranty expired so I was able to claim all of the damages and get a replacement. I was expecting to only get a replacement for the 3 damaged pieces but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was sent an entire bed as replacement. Great customer service outweighs poor quality in my opinion so I felt that bumped my review up to at least 3 stars.

This bed is cheap fiberboard. It was delivered and already falling apart as the siffiner for the cheap headboard broke away. Stay far away from this garbage

Great item

Perfect!! Just what I was looking for. Shipped faster than expected, and when I only received 1 box, I called Coaster customer service, they assured me the other box was being delivered by another truck the same day, and it was!! The bed is sturdy, and looks as it does in the photo. No damage in delivery, quick set up, and looks great!!

Never again

Package damage and headboard broken. Had to return it twice already waiting on the 3 rd shipment to see if I can finally get one not broken. Unacceptable. I just want a bed frame not broken. Been 3 weeks since original order date
