I ordered this set that included both thechair and ottoman, but only the chair was delivered. The delivery date was changed twice, and now I’m being told the ottoman won’t arrive until October 7. While I appreciate knowing when it’s supposed to come, it’s disappointing that I didn’t receive both items on the same day. I shouldn’t have to wait even longer for something I already paid for as a set. The chair is fine, but this whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service.

Looks great not comfortable
I seriously love this chair. It is so comfortable (a perfect mix of soft firm). It looks great…modern, elegant and inviting. My partner and I are able to snuggle up together on it perfectly (with the ottoman-a must purchase if you are buying the chair). This is a well crafted piece. Love that it swivels and that there is small storage in the ottoman. Highly recommend !!
