Difficult to assemble because of poor alignment.

This product would’ve been perfect for what I wanted. However, Everything was misaligned, had to be made in order to assemble it. Quite disappointed in that.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I am not commenting on the product - I am commenting on your poor customer service. All I needed to do was to make this purchase and have it assembled either at the store and delivered to my apartment, or delivered to my apartment and assembled on the spot. I was on the phone for 2 days and spoke to more than 12 people in the store and I got absolutely nowhere. I was told that if I ordered the item on line, there would be a prompt where I could request that the item be assembled. There was no such prompt. I even tried the on line chat assistant (with a real person) and he was no use whatsoever. He said he tried it and he could not see anywhere where I would be able to request assembly. I said to him "I know, that is why I am asking you to help me." It was very frustrating but my old piece was damaged so, in the end, I had no choice but to order the piece and have it delivered to my home. Now it is at my home and I have no one to assemble it for me. I am a 66-year old senior citizen and I can't physically put this item together on my own. When I purchased my original piece from Lowe's in New Jersey in 2002 it was a piece of cake! They either assembled it in my home or delivered it to me already assembled. I do not know why it was so hard for me to get this done in 2024. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I do not plan on shopping with Lowe's in the future due to this incident. 3 drawer base

This was a bear to put together. Drawers are not closing nicely. The whole item is wiggly. I knew it wouldn't be the best for the money, but I was expecting more.

This product functions as expected but I feel it's overpriced from what I expected. The chest of drawers should have a top piece. It looks like its missing that part. I will construct one from wood that I purchase myself. The feet are really weird. To me they look like the caps off spray paint cans. Also the one side panel was raw wood edge not finished as they should have been. I purchased two chests and they were both that way.

Predrilled holes may be off

The product picture clearly shows the item with a top on it. It does not have a top like that. Maybe it was intended to be installed under a counter-top or something, but it does not have a top like the picture shows. If you want a top on it, you'll have to find some place else to order it from. At the very least the product should contain an option for ordering it with the top.

Tricky putting together but suits the purpose

Beautiful & Hold A Lot!!

We absolutely love these. We bought several of these (the drawer ones), & several of the matching ones with two doors & a drawer. We arranged them in a pattern on each side of our bonus room that has sloping walls. They look great after topping them off with white melamine boards. They're so deep they hold a ton. We did glue extra little supports along the middle and corners of each drawer underneath (I used the particle board pieces sold to hold up countertops, but you could use wood scraps). We did this "just in case" & have had no trouble at all. They've been in use probably 8+ years & are still going strong. Still look brand new, too. You do have to take your time adjusting the doors so they don't gap, but they are adjustable and come out great if you read the directions & take your time. The doors ones are deep enough to hold children's clothes on hangers, & are a great height for children to reach their own clothing.

Looks OK but issues with assembly

Its a very nice looking piece of furniture. Sturdy materials. I got a contractor to assemble and move it for me, however, he discovered some pieces had been mislabeled, so when he tried to put in drawers they did not fit. Taking it apart to adjust caused some pieces top coating to come lose. Be sure to triple check labeling of pieces.

Part of a set of two

I purchased a matching cabinet for our laundry room to store a vacuum cleaner and motorized mop. And, I wanted to put in and another shorter cabinet in a space four foot wide. Both fit perfectly, look good and are worth the price. This shorter one, because it has drawers, took a little longer to assemble than the taller one that has just shelves.

Wrong parts were inside box.

This was delivered perfectly its a good piece of furniture. I ordered the wrong color but its still nice i wouls get another one. I recommend if you need some extra space its perfect very deep drawers

Very unhappy with the quality and look.

Very disappointed! Some items had labels but most parts had no label and only noticed halfway through assembly that someone had very faintly wrote a letter on the edge, very difficult to read. Hardware was all jumbled up into 2 bags. I've assembled a lot of furniture in my life ( and I'm good at it) and it was extremely frustrating that the drawer slides were not pre-assembled so the pre-drilled holes did not always line up. Now I have a cabinet with the top drawer that's crooked and not spaced evenly from the middle drawer. And the cabinet edges don't meet nicely making the unit look cheap. And I had to spring one of the handles to make it fit the screws in the drawer.

We followed all directions carefully. The hinges don't hold the drawer securely. After opening a couple of times the drawer falls off the hinge. I'm afraid to put anything in the drawer for fear it will fall apart.

It’s ok quality but none of the drawers evened out with the product so each drawer looked off. Arrived with several pieces of wood areas damaged. Other than that it would of been a really good piece. Moved it into a closet since it was so damaged.

The chest was tough to assemble and even after we assembled it the drawers don't close right. Would not buy this item again.
