No instructions to line with oil first and said: Nonstick, however did not line with oil and the scrambled eggs and potatoes did stick and was difficult to get off.
Broken
Cast Iron griddle : one handle came broken off and is such an inconvenience. I ordered online and it's a hassle to try to go through the whole process of returning it. My husband said he was fine with keeping it so we will do with what we have.
Very substantial piece that is very versatile. I am pleased with my purchase.
Love the size and versatility of this pan.
Very very nice pan. Its basic cast iron but its a great size. I've been using it to make pizza on my outside grill and it doesn't stick and is very easy to clean. I just quickly wiped it off and dried it right away so no water was on it. I didn't need to season it or add any oil. Highly recommend if you're looking for a basic pizza pan or something to use on the grill.
***It's Junk***
Surface of this griddle is not smooth, was coated with a underlying layer of rust under a metallic oil that 'looked' like it was seasoned but it was some sort of petroleum based product. I am attempting to really season it, but with the rough surface, it's highly unlikely I'll ever accomplish that. This griddle is poorly manufactured and I regret it's purchase.
OK! It's cast iron
It's a no frills Chinese made cast iron pan. It's flat. Irons iron, the only thing that concerns me is what it's seasoned with.
Well made lighter weight cast iron
Has all the benefits of cast iron, but is not quite as heavy as a Lodge pan, so pulling out of the oven won't wrench your back. Holds heat superbly, a fantastic kitchen tool with multiple uses! Other comments about the roughness of the surface were unwarranted, I feel, it improves with use and seasoning.
Have not made a pizza yet, but will soon. Should be lightly wiped with oil and seasoned in the oven first.

Worth the cost
Heavy Duty! Great quality! Used on the grill to make grilled pizzas! Absolute hit! Works great in oven too! Worth the price!! Highly recommend!
