Worked for over 13 years.
I have had this crockpot for over 13 years. I have used it ALOT, and it's not very pretty anymore. Sadly I am now searching for a new crockpot as the stoneware crock in mine has a crack in it. The last time i used it I noticed it took longer for my food to cook, and then as i was washing it I saw the crack. I was wanting to find something bigger with my family size of 7, but now seeing that they still make this one, and how long it lasted me, I may just go with the same one again.

Works well. Haven’t used programmable yet but 3 cooking levels has worked well.
Does NOT have a delay start feature
We never used this crockpot. Kenmore falsely lists under “product features” that a “programmable timer lets you pre-set cooking time and delay start up to 24 hours.” When it was delivered we realized there is NO DELAY START function, which was the only reason we purchased this particular crockpot. We plan to return it unused, therefore our poor review is based on the false information posted by Kenmore, as we have no review regarding the actual use of this crockpot.
A little pricey compared to other crockpots, but this is exactly what I was looking for. Love it!

I bought this crockpot because it was a very large one. Instead of me always using 2 crockpots. This is very poor quality as it burnt my counter cause it got to hot, and the outside of the crockpot was extremely hot. would not recommend.
Solid construction but no delayed start feature
Solid construction! The cover & base have metal handles that won’t get brittle from the heat & break off. The timer allows you to set the cook time up to 10 hours. Once the cook time is done the cooker automatically goes into the warm mode for up to 6 hours. The display starts the count down from 6 hours so you know how long it’s been in the warm mode. The only disappointment to me is that there is NOT a 24 hour delayed start feature, even though it is advertised as having one.
