Great quality and excellent price

Extremely pleased with the quality, plushness, and price of this Karastan. I price shopped and compared rugs for a long time, and this is absolutely perfect for my living room. The blue within the rug is more turquoise than navy depending on the lighting of the day but the colors are rich and lovely. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about how easy/good our experience has been with Incredible Rugs--and that includes returning our first purchase because the rugs clashed with ones we already have. The return authorization was supplied immediately, making the shipment via FedEx as easy as one could imagine--basically not much different than an Amazon return. The staff was great throughout. As a result, we have gone ahead and ordered another rug, and will certainly look to Incredible Rugs should we need any additional area rugs in the future.

Beautiful Rug

Purchased the 8x11 rug to replace an Original Karastan wool rug. My new Karastan is bright, not too thick pile and actually brighter than the website shows ( was hoping for more muted colors, but it is fine). A very good purchase

Looks nothing like the picture

I should’ve read the description closer. I’ve always bought Karistsn rugs and love them. I thought this was a wool rug it’s made from recycle bottles and looks it and it’s nothing like it’s pictured the colors are really emerald green. I would love to return it but it’s too much of a hassle.

We ordered two different Karastan rugs. Both exceeded our expectations. Everyone we spoke with at this company was very helpful and professional. After all they are in Texas🤗. It was well worth the wait to get the samples first and see it in our room at different times of the day. I cannot recommend Incredible Rugs enough.

Spice market rugs

I just bought a very large spice market rug and a smaller one to match for my living room and dining room. They are the faded red color and our gorgeous. I have bought four spice market rugs in the teal colored previously and I did want my room to be a little more colorful so I decided to buy the red ones. we are delighted with this color and it has brighten the whole downstairs. I am extremely happy with this purchase, and will buy two more rugs in the future for the bedrooms. They were packaged very securely and delivered to my front porch. And I am very happy with every aspect of this purchase including the price and communication with employees of this company. Five star rating and I highly recommend this company.
