I am very disappointed with Wayfair and I'm not sure that i will ever deal with your company ever again! This order was a complete screw up from the start.After the order was placed by me I tried to get hold of Wayfair only to find out that it is next to impossible to contact you by phone or by on-line chat. You service standards from the last time I purchased an item from you has gone down. The chat line does not seem to work and to call you can put you on hold for up to 45 minutes. When I purchased this item Wayfair failed to tell me what the waybill/tracking number was. I had to call Wayfair to obtain it. After I finally received the chair and tried to assemble it, I could not get the 4 bolts that hold the back of the seat on. 3 of the four bolt I finally struggled with are on but the 4th bolt will not align properly and it is still left out. The chair itself is not bad but I'll seriously consider buying one of these Alera Chairs again Less
