I began selling Real Estate 30 years ago, before electronic keys were used, and used these. They were tried and true, a house could be shown daily multiple times, for months, in the 100 degree summer heat, and rain and these lock boxes never failed us. Even when the electronic ones were assigned thru the Multiple Listing Service, which we all paid to have the keys in, these were often still needed and used. We'd put these on for those not in the MLS system like the Appraiser, wood Infestation Inspector, Contractors. They'd call and we'd tell them the Combination. We've bought houses through the years to flip. We had several of these lock boxes, when too many contractors had the key code, we'd simply change the combination. This way, we never had to change the door knob/re-key. The shackle comes off quite easily, when the rehab is done, we simply take it off and use it for the next. Currently, I am renovating a condo that I've not moved into yet. The lock box is perfect. I had a contractor get mad and quit, I just changed the lock box code for all
