I bought this recliner for my elderly mom who is I’ll at this moment. She was sitting on a loveseat to watch tv and I knew she wasn’t comfortable and she kept complaining that her back was hurting. As soon as she sat on her new chair, she was thrilled. The chair is perfect for her size. She is 5’3”. The head rest is just right and her back is supported. A taller person might not be as comfortable, regarding the headrest. The chair itself is very comfy. It has a nice soft fabric. Since it’s a very light color, I also bought her a cover for it. The only thing that she has a hard time with is closing the chair when she’s done reclining but I’m hoping it get easier for her as time goes by. Over all my mom loves her new recliner and that makes me very happy!!
