Poor customer service.
It’s a shame. The chair arrived damaged.
I never write reviews, however, in this case I had to do so! The Ellesse armchair is absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!! It looks like a queen's throne and I feel like royalty just looking at it!!!!!!! It is even more gorgeous than the picture on the computer. It arrived in perfect condition and the men who brought it were kind, pleasant and did a great job! I am thrilled!!!!

I would recommend this sofa to a friend it was good but I had to returned it. Because my husband purchased another set of similar furniture.
I absolutely LOVE my new chair! Fully assembled except legs, comfortable for everyday use! Cushion has Velcro to keep it in place and prevent sliding when you get up.
