This is what expected. Quality is pretty good, but the installation was a bit difficult because of the alignment. I worked through it but it just added more of my time on the product

Quality not as expected; difficult to assemble.

Very difficult to assemble, as several holes were welded in at an angle, making it impossible to put together properly. Ottoman cushion much thinner than in picture.; slip cover did not fit well. Another product by same mfg. purchased several years ago was much more satisfactory.

Should have trusted the reviews.

This set looks good, but is certainly not the quality I had hoped for long term use. The holes don't line up with the screws, so a few of the screws don't quite go all the way in. Chairs are a little wobbly maybe as a result.

Awesome Great Quality Chairs!!!

These chairs were much better quality than we expected. Sturdy, comfortable and the color is true. We love them. I would definitely recommend these chairs.

Very nice chairs, very comfortable. I hope they hold up well, I think they will. These chairs are tough to assemble. I wish they offered covers. The covers I found are not as snug fitting as I would like.

Excited to receive. Assembly went easily but good to have another person to assist. Very comfortable. We added our own throw pillows. Purchased this along with Kiawah Loveseat and Glass Top Table. Perfect addition to our porch. The Kiawah collection is great because you can purchase the pieces separately to create the look you want and to fit your space

I purchased four chairs for my patio. Overall a very nice set of chairs for the price. However, each chair has the same manufacturer defect. The left leg screw hole does not match up with the seat base. In order for you to fix it, you will need to bend the metal frame into place, which is incredibly difficult to do since the chairs are made very well.

These are poor quality and difficult to assemble. Both chairs had areas of assembly that did not align properly. Also, the bolts strip very easily. I don't expect them to last more than a season.

Comfy!

Easy to put together, definitely do not tighten all screws until you match up the holes. Very comfortable, and I love the look on my patio, thinking about purchasing 2 more. I wish they came with a side table.

Dissapointed

I purchased this set as a gift and received it 2 weeks later. I received the chair, ottomon and cushions and was missing the cushion covers which states they may ship separately. I have sent 10 emails trying to get the covers so I can use the set. It has been a month now and I still have no covers. The set is beautiful; however I would ever purchase anything if it has to go through OJ Commerce. Be aware if you purchase this set through Walmart this will be the company you have to work with. Very dissapointed in the service.

I have tried for over a year to put these chairs together myself. I have paid people to put them together...all without success. I contacted the manufacturer and they have been less than helpful, insinuating that I was not putting them together correctly. Do not waste your time and money buying these!
