Lots to do!!

I‘m very impressed with how many supplies (pencils, markers, crayons, pad of drawing paper) it came with. And the drawers are big enough to add more supplies (i.e stickers, paint bottles). The chalk and dry erase markers are in a separate pocket in the front of the eisle. Granted the chalk board is just plastic but it still works great. It seems like it would be too big for a carry on when traveling but I just got it for road trips to grandmas house and use around the house!! I’ve had this for a few months now and it holding up great for my sons (ages 4 & 5).

Great for kids!

I love anything that is self-contained and allows for a child (or adult for that matter) to have fun being creative. Kits like these contain everything the person needs to enjoy themselves without the hassle of having to go out and buy something needed for the kit.

Great art set!

Overall, I am really happy with the Faber-Castell Do Art 3-in-1 tabletop easel with whiteboard and chalkboard. This is a fairly compact easel that comes with a large amount of fun! The case can be set up like an easel on a tabletop, or you can lay it flat for a lap desk. You have 3 writing surface options: a whiteboard, a chalkboard, and clips to put sheets of paper over the whiteboard. It comes with a good amount of art supplies such as crayons, markers, chalk, whiteboard marker, colored pencils, sharpener, sponge and sketch pad. I love that all of the items store right inside the case – very convenient and helps keep everything organized! The only negative for me is that the small compartment on the front of the easel that stores the chalk and whiteboard marker seems to pop open easily. I did take the pencil sharpener out of the set because I didn’t want my son constantly sharpening the colored pencils – but it’s great that they included that in the set for when we do actually need it! The crayons are easy to write with and the markers don’t seem to bleed through the paper. The case is great for on-the-go or using at home! I would definitely recommend this for any child that loves art!

Awesome art set!

I chose this art set for my 3 1/2 year old daughter who is really into drawing and coloring. I love that it is lightweight and easily transportable. We've only used it at home so far, but it would be good for travel as well. The set has an easel with a whiteboard and a chalkboard and also comes with a pack of paper. There are crayons, markers, chalk and a whiteboard marker included, as well as an eraser for the whiteboard. There is also storage for the crayons, markers, etc. (two drawers on each side and a smaller drawer built into the front of the easel). So far, she has used both the whiteboard and the chalkboard, and they are very easy to wipe clean. You can use the set as a tabletop easel but also as a laptop drawing area. The set is made of plastic, and the connecting pieces to make the easel do feel somewhat flimsy at first, but once together the set is secure. Overall, this has been a great little art set for my budding preschool artist!

Great Travel Easel!

This Faber-Castell Do Art 3-in-1 Tabletop Easel is perfect for traveling. It has a white board, chalk board, and it's also a lap desk. It's great for kids to use car, train, or airplane because it fits great in your lap or it also works great using it sitting at a table. This set comes with a lot of pieces. I love how everything fits inside of the case perfectly. I love the side drawers that pull out that hold the art supplies and the compartment that holds the chalk, eraser and whip-off marker. It comes with everything you need and the possibilities are endless. It keeps my kids busy for hours. It comes with 12 colored eco pencils, 10 markers, 8 beeswax crayons, 2 pieces of chalk, wipe-off marker, sketch pad, pencil sharpener, and a sponge eraser. I was surprised how much art supplies fit inside. My kids were excited as soon as it arrived and have played with it a lot. All the pieces seem to be great quality and the colors are very vibrant. Lots of fun! Perfect for trips.

Everything in its Place

This Faber-Castell Do Art 3-in-1 Tabletop Easel with Whiteboard and Chalkboard is really cute. When you have little ones, it is always nice to get a toy that has its own container in which to be put away. I think it helps teach them about organization. All of the writing utensils that come with the easel (crayons, markers, chalk, colored pencils and a dry erase marker and eraser) can be nicely and easily tucked away in either of the two pullout drawers or in the little cubby beneath the whiteboard. There is a whiteboard on one side for the dry erase marker and a chalkboard on the other side for the chalk. The chalkboard is actually plastic, not what a normal chalkboard is made of. For me, I’d probably use water to help get the chalk off. But, my kids could care less if there is any residual chalk left on the board after erasing. The easel also comes with a pad of paper they can use with the colors, markers, and colored pencils. So there are three surfaces they can draw on, which means both of my girls can use it at the same time with minimal arguing. I know this easel is supposed to be good for travel. But, they way my girls lose things, I only want them travelling around the house with it. And because the case has a handle and isn’t huge, it’s no problem.

My girls love it!

I have two daughters and they love drawing and coloring. Even though we go on three hour road trips frequently I decided to test it out at home first. It was a huge hit! Both girls were occupied for almost an hour! There are so many different activities that it was hard for them to get bored. I will say I had a little trouble finding the chalk and dry erase marker. I felt silly finding out it was on the back but the instructions didn't make it clear. I love the two surfaces and the sketch pad so they can switch up what they are doing. Everything is washable if it contacts other or car upholstery. We really like this and definitely recommend! Great gift or car distraction technique!

My son loves it

This product is a good traveling case for art supplies. Comes with chalk, markers, crayons, dry erase marker, and colored pencils. Has a pencil sharpener, this I took away from my son because it doesn't have a cover over the razor. Also comes with a pad of drawing paper. The clips to hold the paper on are not very sturdy or tight. I had to put 4 pieces of paper in them for the paper to stay. This is easy for my son to set up by himself and he will draw for hours. My teenager wants one too!

Heavy duty easel case and comes with a lot

I love this DO ART TRAVEL EASEL set! My 4 and 8 year old daughters love to draw and I wanted a set for them to use around the house or on the go and at family's houses. They could draw all day and love to play work and school with each other. But sometimes they just want to draw on their own. This set includes a lot. It has a dry erase board on the outside but also has like clipboard clips to hold paper to the front to draw or color on. It comes with a sketch pad of paper. It also can be opened and use the inner piece to prop up the easel part. Also that inner black piece can be used as a chalk board. It has 2 drawers inside that hold crayons, colored pencils and markers as well as a sharpener. The crayons are a triangle shape that is great for little hands to grip and makes it so they do not roll away. On the outside of the easel is a secret compartment where there is a soft sponge to wipe away the dry erase marker and chalk when used. This is a great first set and it really is nice to take anywhere. The plastic is a hard and durable plastic and is bright colored and nice looking. Definitely recommend for all kids to encourage creativity and art! I did get to try this for free through the Spark review program but the opinions here are based on my own experiences.

Do Art travel easel

This review is for the Do Art Travel Easel. This is a great kit for artistic kids. Both my daughters loved all the accessories that comes with it. My younger daughter loves the beeswax crayons and had fun erasing the chalkboard with the little sponge eraser. Both enjoyed how you can hang the paper on it to draw. This kit has everything you need. The colored pencils and markers were especially fun for my older daughter who loves to draw. Being able to close it up and travel make it great for trips. The lap desk is fun for the car or house. Overall my kids enjoyed it for a long time. Would make a great gift.

3-in1 tabletop easel

Great easel for traveling! My 3 year old loves to draw and write..so when we travel or just take a ride that may be over 30 minutes or so we have this to take with us now! It’s very light weight, it’s a travel case that that easily positions into an easel. It comes with a sketch pad, colored pencils, washable markers, crayons, pencil sharpener. They have two small drawers that slide in and out to hold the utensils! Also, I forgot the easel is a chalkboard and it has a washable board also. Great,great little idea.

Great for travel

I received the travel art set. This little set is very neat in that it all folds up and has a handle that you can carry it around. Easy to take traveling and in the car! You can then open it up and use the dry erase board or flat plastic board for paper. It can form a tripod kind of thing and then you can paint or draw like an artist. Only thing I didn't like is that the tabs to close it kind of get in the way when using it open. However, I do like that it snaps it securely closed when not in use. I like the sides open up almost like little drawers and contain things like colored pencils, markers and a sharpener. There is another drawer on the outside that holds the dry erase marker and the eraser. My kids enjoy this set making it easy to travel around with it. Even if you don't travel with it, I like it is a place to keep everything stored. Only thing I didn't like is that the pad of paper doesn't exactly fit in there. If you take a few of the pages out you could store some inside it though if you wanted to take it traveling.

Travel in the sense you can carry it anywhere

My daughter (5) is in love with this. It’s not really travel in the sense of travel size for a car but travel in sense that it’s easy to fold down and carry to wherever you are going. There’s a chalkboard, whiteboard, all you need to color , draw, learn. The chalkboard makes a little bit of a mess like any chalkboard but easy to clean up. The drawers open up on the side to easily store markers and pencils. It’s sets up easy and folds down easy. This kept my daughter occupied for several hours. We will use this often. I think my son will have fun with it too if daughter will share.
