UPDATE: We've had this rug for 6 months and it now looks terrible. So many exposed knots and threads keep popping out and we'll need to replace it soon. I have to sit on the floor with scissors and trim it constantly to keep it from looking gross. Some of the newly exposed threads are red and green and blue, and it just looks awful. We're not that hard on our rugs - we have kids but no pets and don't wear shoes in the house - but this one is definitely not for high traffic spaces. This is absolutely the worst purchase I've made from Overstock. Original review: I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the 8x10. I have this rug also in a smaller 5x8 and am extremely happy with it, but the 8x10 has some quality issues. It sheds a ton more than the smaller size ever did (not sure why that would be) and is a bit rougher in texture. Strangely, the rug also came reversed - the sticker was on the "up" side of the rug as pictured in the listing, and since I wanted the gray side up, I flipped it over and am now looking at what I think was woven as the bottom, which means there are a number of noticeable knots and loose threads, which I'm constantly trying to tuck under - it just makes it look messy. I still love my 5x8 but I'm not sure how durable the 8x10 will end up being in our living room. Less

Worst purchase ever

Beautiful rug but terrible quality. We've had it less than a month and there are pulls everywhere. I mean everywhere. We vacuum it without the beater brush because we knew it looked delicate. But this is ridiculous. It's pretty much reduced to garbage in the span of about 3 weeks. Do not get if you have pets or kids or use it in a room where anyone will walk. This is the worst purchase we've ever made.

Carpet is much more grey than depicted in the photos. Each side of the carpet has the same pattern but in different colors (one side grey with white shapes, vice versa).

Beautiful neutral rug with a rustic appeal. It is on the thin side so a pad might be helpful. I love the fact that this rug is reversible!

Great rug, different color though

The rug is over a year old for us and is still in great shape. That said, it's much darker brown than the picture shows and it still bugs me to this day. Nothing wrong with the rug though.

Size matters

I really liked this rug but I ordered the wrong size so I had to send it back. It would have worked perfectly if overstock had the size I needed.

Love this rug

Love the rug. The description says grey while the pictures look tan. IT IS REALLY grey and is awesome. Took the risk that the description was accurate and won.

Such a great addition!! Love it. It's a little darker than what I was thinking it would be, but it really makes a statement no matter what - and the darker color has really grown on me. I also love that this rug can easily be flipped over and used with the reverse pattern. Really flexible and great quality!! Highly recommend.

I like the neutral color of this rug. I do wish it was slightly less restrained for the room that I have it in; however, it would look great in a space where you need something restrained but attractive. I'm happy with the weight. It's for sure not heavy, but it's not overly lightweight either. It does need a rug pad. I paid about *** for the pad, so that's something to consider if you get this rug. In short, it pulls together the room very well, and because it's neutral it would probably pull together rooms with a variety of decor.

Love this rug. It is gray, on my computer it looked beige. It is not exactly square, one of the shorter sides is a bit wonky most likely because it is hand woven. It adds character. We have a felt pad under it and our dining table & chairs are on it. Very soft wool and thicker & a bit looser weave than my last kilim from Overstock. Many compliments. Very happy with this purchase & a great deal!

xStunning rug! It did not work for me because the actual dimensions are 8x10.5. My space is that in which the extra 6in made this not work for my space. If that dimension works for you then you cannot go wrong.

this is a beautiful soft wool kilim, not particularly tightly woven, but extremely nice nevertheless. the colors are perfect for a soft look in your house ala fixer upper /magnolia......
