crappy packaging and shipping

the packaging looked like someone threw it down a flight of stairs, the product inside was bent amd some areas crushed. I did not have time for replacement because of time allotment for my wedding in which this product was to be used for. we used decorations to hide the atrocities of damage on this arch. this was going to be used for my wedding, to which is was still used, myself and my bride we highly disappointed. it definitely angered us. I will not be recommending this product, which it be shipping's negligence or the shawty packaging it was shipped in or both that is at fault. it is made of steel, the legs were crushed and bent. would like to send it back and tell yall to use it in your wedding in the condition it is in. you'd be highly disappointed as well... have a good day
