Never received the item unfortunately. So I can’t rate the item itself. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone to get this addressed either. And it’s been almost a month since I ordered it.

Challenging But Awesome

It was hard to assemble the bed frame slats, and a hammer was required to gently tap the slats sideways into the main frame. But, once it was completed, the bed frame and all is solid and attractive.

Way too soft and deep

U get what u pay for. None of my family doesn’t like it because it too soft and when you sit on it , it goes down deep. I got my parent the 6in and they can feel the bed frame

Good night's sleep but buy it at a discount

While the item I received didn't look anything like the picture, I have to admit I've slept better in the past four nights than I had in months. There was no identifiable gel layer, just a textured foam pad and a puffy cover. It does the job but is worth about what I paid, close to $60. The listed price is something like $120. I'd have been disappointed if I'd paid that much

Slippery top makes for slipping off sheets

Its really soft on top, that's what makes it cool but it also makes the sheets slip off really easy so I had to get a sheet stay to keep them on. Its also kind of too firm for me but besides that a good buy.

This matress is very stiff and is causing both of us back pain. I am currently looking into a mattress topper for some relief
