Definitely "Bedspread"
A nice item, lighter in color than pictured. The fabric is fairly thin but of good quality, nice Celtic detail. Shams are for standard size pillows. This is not a quilt or duvet but really more of a very ample old-fashioned bedspread for use over other bedding. Satisfied with purchase. My only quibble would be that threads seem to pull easily from top of spread.
Gorgeous color!
This is a beautiful bedspread. Lightweight and lays smoothly on bed. I didn't wash immediately, just dryer fluffed to remove creases, so don't know how it'll wash/dry. I have a "purple" adjustable bed and it is 28" off the floor, so I had to bring the bedspread down on the visible side to cover legs, while leaving it 10" off floor on less visible side. It'll work for me, but I'm making you aware it won't cover legs without a bedskirt IF your bed is tall like mine.
