Webstaurant store service is new to me and easy to use. I purchased King thermostat because I have the baseboards and thought to comple the branding for installation. The product was readily available and on schedule according to the estimated time offered during my purchase.I happy with the product and the ordering process. Another resource in my pocket.

This is NOT WHITE!

I ordered the thermostat in white. Upon receiving it, the plastic box was more almond than white. The face of the heat dial is white but not the box. It looks horrible. Definitely NOT acceptable!

Was never delivered claim filed. UPS claims it was delivered Bottom line they can’t prove it and IM out. Stop using UPS they LIe

I've installed quite a few of these types of devices over the years. Usually, Cadet, Marley, Honeywell, etc..... But this is, by far, the nicest and best built I've ever seen. I would both, highly recommend, and definitely purchase again.

I have not run the electric heater that the thermostat controls because the room is still under construction but when I have it has kept it within 2 degrees of what I set it at.

Seems to work as it should, a little hard to figure out the wiring if you are not familiar with 240VAC electricity. Would have given it 5 stars if the dial on the thermostat was a little easier to turn and the temperature readings were more accurate. Well built and clean design.
