nice but…

The color and weight are nice. It snags too easy so in a short time I have too many snags for the price. If you are using it for decoration then maybe it will work. It does not work well for daily use.

Soft high quality 100% cotton blanket

This is the 4th Hotel Collection cotton blanket because everyone in my family loved it so much they all wanted one. It’s perfect for summer. We don’t want anything synthetic on our beds so 100% cotton is a huge deal for us.

Love this blanket. Color is great. Laid it out on the bed to be sure of fit. Plenty of excess. Then I washed it, as I wash everything before using it. Now, if I stretch it I can just about tuck it in. Disappointing.

Love the color.

I love the color of this blanket. I use it as a throw accent for my bed. I will say my dogs nails have snagged it in several places and it does not pull through. It is light and perfect at the foot of my bed.l

I had this blanket for a LONG time and finally wanted to come back and leave a review. This is a hardy and comfy blanket. It's been through a lot and help up great. My only tip is to be careful when washing it - the coloring can run a bit and you'll get some off-color splotches - so maybe add some vinegar in the wash with this one (seriously vinegar can be a game-changer in preventing color bleeding).

Blanket is just right

The blanket arrived in secure packaging. Once opened I examined it for any damage. There was no damage. The color was exact. The size as expected. It is lightweight but as warm as a heavier blanket. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase

Perfect all year blanket, good price 100%cotton

So soft and warm but not sweaty. My grandma had a blanket just like this that I loved made from 100% cotton that lasted years and years. Im allergic to polyester and this was a great find for someone who cant use polyester of any percentage. Seller had my blanket to me in no time at all!

This blanket is so loosely woven and snags so easily it was destroyed the first week on my bed. If you decide to cut the strings that were pulled out of place, you are left with holes due to the weave being so loose. All this being said the blanket also provides little warmth. If i could give zero stars i would. Very disappointed! Not worth the money.

i have been buying these blankets for years. They wash well, keep there size well after washing %26 drying, soft, and warm. Don't take my word for it, get out there and try one...

A Loose Thread Could Bother You

I like the blanket but had to order two to get one without any loose threads. Even the second one had one or two loose threads. Not sure if they will unravel but thinking since it will be between a sheet and a bed spread it probably will not. So I kept the second one.

Nice blanket, good color and weight. I bought a king size to use as an accent blanket at the end of my bed and it fits well. Unfortunately, it snags VERY easily. My small 7 pound dog managed to cause multiple large pulls the first night it was on the bed just laying on it.

This blanket is warm and cozy. The fact that it fits my extra large CA King bed is wonderful! Too many times blankets fit just to the edges and when we get into bed neither side has adequate coverage; not the case here. It is large enough and the color was idea for our decor.

Beautiful and soft blanket. I bought the king size in purple. It's generously sized and didn't shrink or pill on the first washing. Yes, it shed some lint, but that's to be expected from a cotton blanket. It is a deep blue-ish purple. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed… the color of the blanket was a deep navy blue. It was beautiful. Took it out of the packaging, washed it on gentle in cold water as per the directions. After it came out of the wash, it had faded significantly. That deep navy was gone… a medium denimish blue was now the color. After one wash. I would return it if I could. I will add a photo tomorrow

I love the blanket! Bought the king size, and it is a generous fit on the bed. The color I picked was baby blue, and it is delicate and beautiful. The blanket came very well packaged, with a protective plastic casing. Good enough to send directly to someone as a gift. I have not washed it yet, so I can’t comment about it. I understand it’s cotton, so some shrinking is expected. What I can say, is that the blanket looks quality. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Great blanket

I like the tight weave of this blanket which means it won't get pulls like loose weave. It goes well with one I have. I ordered mint and love the color. The package says is 90 x 90 for queen size but after washing as instructed, it measured 83 W x 84 L. I put it under my older blanket which is the same width but longer and it is fine. I would order again. Very east to order online and I received on the 4th day. This is a good quality blanket.

Basket Weave Blanket

I Love the Basket Weave Cotton Blanket. Excellent quality. I have used this as my bedspread. Perfect weight.

Just washed this and put it on the bed last night. Beautiful color! The dark lavender is perfect. It’s well made and substantial. Almost like a weighted blanket! This is not the blanket for those who love the fuzzy fleece blankets that weigh nothing. It’s absolutely the perfect weight and a gorgeous color. I’ve washed it twice to get out the sizing. The color is as vibrant as it was when I unpacked it. Highly recommended! Thanks Wayfair!

Disappointed!

Been trying to find a brown 100% cotton blanket for my queen size bed and was thrilled when I saw this one online. I loved the shade and basket weave pattern. However, upon receiving it....I was very disappointed in the feel of the blanket. Being 100% cotton, I would expect it to be soft - it was NOT! It almost felt like sandpaper! I hoped that washing it and putting it through a second rinse with fabric softner would help. Unfortunately, it did not help. The blanket felt just as rough as before it was washed. The large amount of lint that came off it in the washer AND dryer was terrible. Very disappointed overall.

It has old-fashioned, homespun simplicity.

I bought the full/queen size. It is large enough to use as a bedspread. I love the simplicity of a bedspread, rather than the thick comforters. I washed it once and there was a lot of lint. And it snags easily so I have to be careful (you can pull loose threads from a snag through to the back side, with a crochet hook), but I love the houndstooth pattern. The color is very rich and beautiful. I love it and would buy it again.
