Happy with the purchase.
Bought this for my wife. She loves it! What she really likes is how soft it is and you do not feel the wires. A great design consideration was positioning the controller connector ports on the foot end of the mattress. The cables to the controllers are amply long to reach the end tables from the foot of the bed with extra length to provide lots of "routing" options. As far as operation goes, controllers are super simple, and programmable. Heat is soft and even. So far so good. (use on a king sized mattress)
